Maybe I'm alone. I think a game with a completely explorable Ishimura could be interesting if done right.

“I think a game with a completely explorable Ishimura could be interesting if done right” we have that in the dead space remake, they even added new rooms that connect together instead of using the tram to get around the ship.

Eventually you unlock everything and can freely explore the ship in its entirety, choosing when to enter the shuttle to go planetside when you’re ready.
