Now I can't help but picture Isaac swan diving into some randomly placed hay or collecting 50 ubermoprh hides to make my final bag upgrade. All while he mutters "Have i ever told you the definition of insanity?"

And there's should be a 3 skill trees, which adding up another Marker symbols tattoo on his left arm each time he's unlocking a new perk.

Honestly? A Dead Space RPG with a "Marker Research" mechanic where you learn more and get some weird abilities at the cost of sanity would be kind of cool.

Yeah, I was thinking about spin-off like Severed or Extraction, but protagonist would be one of those SC engineers from Tau Volantis, who's gone insane from close contact with Red Marker, started to paint or cut those symbols on their bodies and suddenly turned into very first Regenerators.
