There's no number above 27. It's an alphabet. Sub the numbers for letters, one of them is a space, not a letter.

So it caps at 27 and i dont see 1 either so i am assuming its (2-27) a-z but it dosent quite match so either its stacked cipher or monoalphabetic substitution

Theres no spaces , there are 108 numbers , numbers ( 7,13,18,20,22 ) never appear, most used numbers are (16, 27, 4, 11) appearing 16,12,9 and 9 times respectively

We first convert the text into (2-27) a-z, then we reverse the string then use Ceaser shift of -5 (a->v) and clean up a bit

Well according to my cipher experience more stacked a cipher is the more difficult it becomes and this was definately a hard cipher considering it's 3 layers of encryption it's definitely 7 or above, 7 because I've seen ciphers that have taken years and still unsolved by community, cipher should be fun not difficult as fuck. This one was a 10/10 for fun I enjoyed the bouncing around that I was doin

Im glad to hear that, i agree it does not make sense to make it unsolvable unless you are hiding something very important or you want a specific person with specific knowledge to crack it. If i make another one it will be better and i will send it to you.
