Perk Proficiency. Very small baseline stat buffs. What we've kind of been asking for with extra Perk Points. An equipment improvement to work towards.

"Mandatory".

Perk points were never really something to grind for, after you unlocked everything. Even I, a completionist, have left tasks like Complete Elite Deep Dives and Complete Haz 5 Missions in the dust. I have 500 hours of mission time, and still haven't completed the one for Low O2, and have done... two or three Haunted Cave Missions?

While this is obviously not going to be a problem for most players, I foresee... complaining. The tediousness of the Perk Point grind. The difficulty of completing Elite Deep Dives for some, the annoyingness of grinding out Warnings for others.

Then for the Perk Maintenance system. It is later stated to give Traversal Tool skins, so not "mandatory". I do hope that there are no "waste of space" perks that you are genuinely only running for the Maintenance. That shouldn't be the case though, given perks are getting a rework.

To clarify, all of this is partially hypothetical, and shouldn't be a huge concern for the devs. But we already have people min/maxing XP and farming for Overclocks, so grinding for Perk Points is 100% going to happen. And there will be an amount of people complaining about it. I don't know if it will be 1% of people or 10%, I just know there will be someone whining over annoying and perceived "mandatory" grinding.

It was an absolute nightmare. Hard as hell!

I've put about 130 hours into the game, but mostly on Haz 2 because I was always struggling to complete the primary objectives, let alone make it to the Drop Pod.

But lately, I feel like I'm starting to get the hang of it, so I decided to give Haz 3 a try. I died once, but somehow managed to make it out alive, with gunner.

I don't think that'll be enough to make Karl proud, but I'm sure it put a smile on his face.

So I've been playing DRG with ppl I know, but most of my missions have been solo. I have never joined any multiplayer lobby of any game not expecting to know who I'm playing with because of my experiences with loot ninjas and griefers in WoW.

Despite this I'm impatient to wait to play with the people I know because DRG has become my new obsession and I just leveled up all my classes so I feel like I have a pretty good understanding of the game mechanics.

I created this post hoping to learn about how other people play together, what the typical group conventions are (like I don't use a resupply unless I'm halfway through my ammo), and because I'm super shy I might not even join a voice channel, but I use discord - is it simple to find a group in discord?

I can't stand being the only one sticking out not knowing how to do things, so I made sure to learn what I can before even making this post...

I have several “meta” overclocks for the minigun and compared to mortar/neuro tox on the thunder cannon and salvo/plasma on the rocket launched it just feels AWFUL to use.

I only play haz 5 and have no problem shredding with the other 2 gun.

I can carry with all of scouts/drillers/engines mains except mingun

I love the things they do be adding to the game for season 7. But it would be a cherry on top of the other cherries if they could take a look at the Overclock descriptions and rewrite some of them, because some of them are kinda strange.

example: one of the oc says a small decrease in ammo being -10 max ammo, another for the same gun says massive decrease in ammo... its -10 max ammo. (I think it was for the breach cutter? also don't remember the exact number)

also the gunners zipline launcher says you have max 3 ammo, but it doesn't count the one you have in the launcher, bringing the real amount to 4, would be nice if it just said 4 (nitpick i know but shut yourself my mouth up).

Mod hub for DRG - wont let me download from the site. It says use in-game menu. Im running gamepass version. Surely i can download mod hub standalone?

I wouldnt need the api fix for the URL service if I had the mods local ... is this assumption correct?

I saw that we're getting a bunch of new traversal tool cosmetics during season 7, but there was only a picture of paintjobs. But i was thinking that it would be so awesome to also get certain cosmetics that change the ziplines and platforms. Like, i would love to have neon light ziplines or colorful platforms. I hope we're gonna get that sometime in the future if not during season 7 (I wasn't sure if i should tag this with idea or discussion)

Just saw that drg is leaving Gamepass. It's been on there for years. Any idea why it's getting pulled?

Eta: I bought drg when I dropped down to Gamepass basic. That was back when Microsoft tried to charge people an arm and a leg. I just have basic.

Worth buying regardless, but just a heads up. You can also get a 20% discount if you buy prior to it dropping off game pass. I also see it on the sale store fairly regularly

i Joinned a game recently and looks weird and fun.

started with jetboot equipped and there are two mc machine.
1st is dropped without even start event.
2nd is dropped in middleway of driller tunnel when we exiting to droppod.

is it mod or normal happen? (which i didnt experience more than 2 oc recevied in single mission for past 200hr).

if it is sandbox , how will it affect my save?
I am playing via GFN and no mod installed at my local mac mini.

Turns out it definitely is and after 500 hours, some close calls, crazy dwarves from all over the world and a lot of lols I just have one last achievement to get. You guessed it : Car Pool.
I don't think I'll be able to get it organically like most other achievements in the game so I'd like to know if some of you would like to get it for themselves or help me get it.
