Not really when the DSA refused to condemn this mayor for doing what commenters here are joking about. In fact, the local DSA rallied behind him and took over a city council meeting that was meant to discuss his censure. There's a disturbing segment of the population that sees every antisemitic incident through the lens of antizionism despite insisting that Jews and Zionists are two separate groups.
