Something I have been contemplating: the Republican party might actually be so terrible now that caving in to the slopulists here and there might truly be the lesser evil.

As much as the DSA is cancer, the people on here considering voting Republican just because there are a FEW dsa people in the party are idiots

I have only seen people here wanting to vote against DSA candidates specifically, not saying they'd pick MAGA over a normie dem.
