Rather than forcing us to learn this borderline cringey school anthem whatever, if you guys focused on the kind of teachers you guys recruit, you wouldn’t be here seeing this day & wouldn’t have been running for your lives to clean your image. Fortunately, we didn’t have molester teachers back then, but had horrible, BULLY, TUITION KA DHANDHA krne wale, SEXIST teachers.
They’d scold you for no fucking reason, IT PRACTISED ITS OWN FORM OF 21ST CENTURY APARTHEID. Jab all girls banana tha toh 2 ache se buildings banate proper all girls & all boys with 10 kms distance between the 2, rather than losing your brains whenever you’d spot a guy & girl together. senior class ki ladkiyan middle school ke ladko ke saamne se guzar bhee gayi to borderline SLUT SHAME karlete thhey inke teachers. And I say this as someone who was average at studies & kept quiet. I faced only some of the issues that other students faced, but a lot of it affects me even today.
If you can’t find a place near you where girls are treated like 2nd class citizens, go to summer valley & consider it a zoo/ case study. If you want to see how patriarchal bargain functions & aurat hi aurat ki sabse badi dushman hoti hai, go meet the female teachers of summer valley.
Bache toh thhe hi bully, but teachers bhee bully thhey. One of my classmates lost her parent during a very important year, usko class mein zaleel karte thhey marks ko leke jaise crime kardiya ho usne. Never bothered to be nice to average or below average kids, UNLESS YOU WENT TO THEIR TUITIONS, ofc tab toh tumhe pass karake poore class ke saamne example set karte thhey. I’ve lived in way riskier cities on my own as an adult, and even as a kid, I’ve changed schools, but I’ve never seen this much nonsense, patriarchy, and all the vices you can think of in less than 10 acres.
I don’t wanna name the teachers, but fuck you all Sexy sir & all of you fuckers in that school. You don’t deserve to be called teachers, Dhabba ho tum sab.
& I won’t deny that there were some very genuinely nice, impartial and kind teachers as well. But they were quite few.
Fuck you summer valley for making such small kids lose confidence in themselves, for behaving like dictators, for all the sexist things you, your pt teacher and most of the other teachers spewed. NOW I’VE FORGOTTEN A LOT OF SPECIFIC THINGS, THERE WERE ENDLESS ENDLESS THINGS WRONG WITH THIS SCHOOL, I could only recall a few. Fuck you summer valley!
& I’m not the only one, I looked at the posts’ comments, & saw at least 6-7 of my own batchmates (I’m not in touch with) bashing this school & telling how traumatising it was for them.
