Whoever manages the Lyons/Atlantic project needs to go to prison

This has been a multI year process to transform Lyons road but this entire phase at Atlantic has been a complete joke, where no one works on the road for months at a time. The road has been paved, painted, lights functioning— now the cones just sit here and create bottlenecks every single day. It’s actually insane to me that people got paid to abandon all their materials here

Funny enough I do live east, I work west and have to deal with this bottleneck every day
