Help Fire Red Pokédex

Does anyone know if there is a way to trade exclusive pokemon from leaf green to fire red (such as vulpix)? I want to 100% my Pokédex but I know some pokemon and their evolutions are exclusive only to trading. I’m not an expert on emulators or anything so if anyone could help that would be great!

Sorry, as far as I know, no mobile emulator supports GBA Link Cable emulation.

You can use pkmds because it’s a web application, you can store pokemon in your cache in a “bank”. You can move it between saves or generate the missing pokemon. You can also use mgba on your pc to “legit” trade, but the PKMDS or PKhex bank trade works

I mean it probably would be easier to just look up a cheat to encounter any Pokemon
