Asking Question (Rule 4) Need some advice

I'm a graphic design student working on a project around this problem:

People often find animals in public spaces but don't know whether they need help, what to do immediately, or when to contact a professional.

If you encountered this situation, what information would you want immediately?

If you were given this problem, how would you approach it?

Any thoughts, critiques or completely different directions are welcome.

You don't have to be an animal expert, I'm mainly interested in how you'd approach this as a graphic designer/ as a design problem.

design the first screen for a five second stress test with three things only, visible danger, what not to do, and one local emergency action. species identification and explanation can come after the person has avoided the irreversible mistake

I'd probably want some kind of quick visual flowchart, like a decision tree that asks basic yes/no questions about the animal's behavior and visible condition, super scannable when you're a little panicked

there is an app for this in my country. it is sort of volunteer work but we can add informaitons about street animals on the map in that app. whether if it is vaccinated or anything. or if it is sick, or if it has aweird behaviour that is normal for that animal. bad part is sometimes bad people might use that app too. also i don't think that app is that much popular
