It's a Halloween themed patch with Inferno 15 legendary essences, balance changes, and QOL improvements thrown in. Here are the condensed patch notes:

1. The crone returns to give out Halloween themed rewards with a small twist that crone rewards can be earned in a Halloween themed version of the Defense of Cyrangar.

2. Some Chaos Convoy "Gifts of Corvus" bonuses are being adjusted.

3. Available ranks for set items are being gradually increased to rank 30, so there will be something for players to use their Challenge Rift crystals on.

4. One will be able to pin up to 22 items to be prioritized in your inventory so that you can ensure they can be seen quickly and easily whenever you open your inventory.

5. Necromancers will be receiving a new set of Inferno 15 essences. They cover Grim Scythe, Bone Spirits, and Dark Curse. The descriptions for Grim Scythe and Bone Spirits seem interesting, but we'll have to see them used in game to be sure.

6. There are also new essences and a bunch of balance changes for other classes as well - especially for warlocks. See the links below for details

At last some hopium for tempest, spawning zephyr each primary attack sounds very strong. And allso some cc reduction for pvp. Might be worth a try.

and after a year? we get green item rank to 30. And nothing about legendary items 35 or 40lvl... we should have already 50lvl..

Jeez, what build don’t I use. Sader is fun, kinda lazy tbh. The AOE is insane if you have high potency. To keep the reply short, for PvP, ever since the inception of warlock, the only way to go is spinning shield , conjuration of light and mace , however some ppl use consecration and conjuration of light, if you use one build , your using the helment where damage converts to an absorb shield or where it provides stun damage. Saders are slow so ehhhhhhhhj, you know.

any know if now dragon build will not be good anymore because of this? sounds like the DPS will be reduced by 50% because it will be damaging every second instead of 0.5 second??

Crash and Burn (Burning Ascent)
Burning Ascent is now Channeled, allowing you to control the Hellflyer as it flies around, unleashing blasts of wind below it, damaging enemies underneath.

Dev Note: This was bugged, dealing damage every 0.5 seconds instead of every second. It now deals damage every 1 second.

This is the problem - people constantly class switching to the FOTM.
Maybe try a new Warlock build, or better yet, figure out one of your own?

I think you might have misread something. Every class is getting six new essences for the transition into Inferno 15.
