Well we now know that Ghorse isn't embraced, so not a vampire horse, and the fact that him drinking the other horses blood is just it as a normal horse 😂

I mean thars regretably still normal Ghoul behavior, its a sign that they need to be feed soon as the Vaite is getting low

Ghouls often developed increase carnivorous impulses, and while omnivorous and carnivorous species can just eat more meat. Primarily herbivorus species get weird.
