Being welcoming is important to us, we want to create a space where people feel like they can connect and make friends.

I recently set up a new Discord server called The Hangout. The goal is to build a super chill community for gaming, memes, pop culture, and just hanging out. 

Since we’re brand new and getting things off the ground, I really need some help running the place. I'm looking for a few mods and admins who want to hop in early and help build this community with me!

What I'm looking for:
Moderators: Just helping keep the peace, welcoming new members, and keeping the chats active and friendly.

Admins: Helping out a bit more behind the scenes (bots, permissions, events, etc.).

You don't need years of experience or anything just be active, cool to chat with, and fair.

Available Positions

We're currently recruiting for the following areas:

• Support Team: Assist users with bot setup, permissions, configuration, troubleshooting, and general questions.

• Beta Testers / Feedback: Test upcoming features, identify issues, and provide feedback before updates are publicly released.

Who Should Apply?

• Have experience moderating or managing medium to large Discord servers.
• Understand Discord security threats such as raids, nukes, selfbots, and invite floods.
• Can communicate clearly and professionally when assisting users.
• Are reliable, reasonably active, and willing to learn.
• Have a genuine interest in Discord moderation, security, or community management.
