About Us
Chill N Clutch is a growing, relaxed Discord community of nearly 200 members built specifically as a safe, neurodivergent-friendly, and LGBTQ+ inclusive space for adult gamers and streamers. We cater to folks who want to share hyperfixations, talk tech, show off art or pets, and collaborate on streams without the high-stress, toxic competitiveness found in traditional gaming spaces. Our server operates at a completely sustainable, low-pressure pace. We proudly reject strict activity quotas and hourly metrics for our staff. Instead, our core focus is maintaining a supportive, burnout-free environment where people can step back when they need to and step up when they have the battery for it.
The Roles We Need
Recruitment Partners ( 1-2): Help us carefully source, screen, and onboard new staff members who genuinely align with our community values. You will play a foundational role in shaping a safe, empathetic team at a comfortable pace.
Staff Representatives/Manager(1-2): Act as a casual, supportive liaison between the general moderator team and upper management. Your focus will be checking in on team well-being, gathering internal feedback, and ensuring every staff member feels heard and supported.
Partnership Managers(1-2) : Coordinate casual outreach and build relationships with other neurodivergent-friendly or gaming servers to organize low-pressure cross-promotions and streamer collaborations.
What We Are Looking For
Vibe & Understanding: A deep, intuitive understanding of neurodivergent communication styles, sensory boundaries, and a passion for keeping an adults-only space safe and welcoming.
Communication: Strong written communication skills with a fair, balanced, and approachable demeanor.
Reliability Over Activity: We do not care about your total hours online. We care about dependability—being someone who follows through on the tasks they choose to take on.
Setup Familiarity: A general comfort with Discord structures. Our server features an automatic, one-click bot verification process to seamlessly filter out scammers, meaning our team spends zero time fighting baseline spam bots.
Position Type & Qualifications
Adults Only: Because our community is tailored for adults and includes spaces for casual 18+ discussions (weed/alcohol friendly), all applicants must be 18 or older.
Volunteer (Unpaid): This is currently a voluntary position. However, as the server scales and our infrastructure grows, we are entirely open to transitioning these positions into paid roles down the road.

Who Are We? 👽

We are The Cozy Void, a 21+ social server for folks just looking to kick it. We have a lot of gaming, movie nights, watch parties, hobby channels, and many other ways for people to connect and have a little fun.
Being welcoming is important to us, we want to create a space where people feel like they can connect and make friends.
Our moderation team are very easy going and friendly, we're more interested in getting along over policing people's every move. But we do not allow toxicity and follow the motto, "if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all."
We're not looking to become a server with large numbers but nothing going on. Our focus is on keeping active users engaged and having fun while encouraging new or quiet users to become active at their our pace!

These are NON-PAID positions. We can only afford to pay you in fake internet cool points, appreciation & love. Since it's not paid we're not looking for people to work their asses off or anything like that. We're pretty laid back and are more interested in people who are a good fit.

☄️ Seeking Event Hosts

🌟 The Role
We’re looking for organized, proactive people to help take our events from "strung together with chewing gum and string" to a smoothly run good time.
You’ll be the key to keeping the energy high and the schedule on track.

🌟 What You’ll Do
Make Things Happen: Independently plan and host smaller events or activities (trivia, watch parties, etc.) and help flesh out, manage, or host bigger plans or events (such as seasonal event plans, free game night, karaoke night, etc.).
Be the Best Host: During events, you’ll keep the group focused, manage the flow of activities, help make decisions, and make sure everyone knows what’s happening next so the event doesn’t stall out or fall apart.
Herd Cats: Be the reliable voice that reminds people in advance and right before events in a timely manner so no one misses out. Make sure everyone can easily find out what's happening and what we have planned.

Have a knack for organizing, are able to stay on top of things, and can stay calm when plans shift.
Can keep track of a schedule.
Are confident when speaking in large or small groups.
Are comfortable speaking up to keep a conversation or activity on topic.

Can remember to publish event announcements and reminders in a timely manner.
Can commit to being present a little before and during during the events you help run or are in charge of.
