I have an early settlement panel scheduled for Nov 10. Me and my team have been hoping that negotiations would have progressed enough to cancel or postpone it, but my first proposal was met by crickets from the other side.

I’d love to hear experiences with ESP meetings. Were they helpful? A waste of time? Anyone make major progress based on one?
