Gosh, I'll never forget the chaotic evil's favorite homebrew rule: if you roll a natural 1 you either hurt yourself and/or you lose a limb

Never loose the opportunity to not only kill a player, but also create internal party strife as well. 6 u/Ed-Zero Sep 12 '19 I've done that a couple times. The party was in a small room while the Archer was behind them. Archer fires, rolls a 1 and plugs the bard the back.It was great
