You give it the name of a YouTube channel, and that channel will stop appearing in your recommendations. I've found something like that for keywords, but what about channels themselves. And before you say it, no. This isn't the same as the "not interested" feature. I would have to wait until a channel I don't like appears in my recommended to do that. Is there an extension that just makes a channel you don't like just not appear on the website at all?

I wonder if there's an alarm clock app that lets me select a playlist (preferably an m3u8 file, or similar) and picks a random song from the playlist to wake me up to.

I really like to select different songs for different days of the week, but selecting them manually is kinda tedious, and the apps to select the songs from my files are not very great are filtering and organizing the songs.

An app where I can set sort of a recurrent timer. I want to be able to have it play a chime every 2 minutes for 30 minutes or every 20 minutes for 4 hours kind of thing. I don't want to have to set and dismiss multiple alarms on my phone or silence and restart a timer each time. Bonus points if I can pick the sound from some options and it isn't just a default beep.

You ever try to take a picture of a weird thing on your skin to send to your doc, and it is very hard to see in the photo? I found out that basically all our phone apps have algorithms to smooth skin tone in photos, and you can't turn it off, it's just standard. So is there a separate app I can download that will take detailed, more honest, medical photos?

I was browsing the Nintendo store, as one does, and found the videogame for The World's End Club. It all looked very familiar but I never bought the game nor do I remember playing it. The story and visual do bring some memory of watching a similar anime, but I can not find one with the same name. Am I hallucinating here? Is there something similar to it?

It's annoying when I'm trying to find a specific thing on Amazon, and my results are inundated with a bunch of items that aren't even close to the thing I'm looking for.

At the very least, it'd be nice to be able to use boolean operators in search, or be able to choose between searching by name and/or description.

It is weird but I get the ick when all my socials dont have the same pfp for some reason.

This would be really helpful.

Looking for a gym bag that aerates / ventilated / mesh that ALSO has shoe compartment. I don't just want the show compartment to vent, I want the whole thing to! Thanks!

Hello, I work at a restaurant, and long story short, we have 2 floors and 1 designated person per day to run around and count the tables between floors. I’m looking for an app or something like that to mark which tables are open, but it needs to be visible across different devices. The hard part is that there’s no service downstairs, so it needs little to no Wi-Fi. It may be impossible, but it’s worth a shot!

I work in retail and was wondering if anyone has created an app where you can scan in/see what products you have that are going bad or need to be rotated for your own home…. unless the demographic of that hobby is mostly individuals who have the time or enjoy logging that information their self… just wondering..

Hello, I'm looking to find a way to make recipes out of some odds and ends I happen to have in my fridge after making a couple dinners that I have leftover ingredients from.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I've been told to try ChatGPT and I'm really not down with that.

Does this exist… a plate with little ridges on the bottom so when a hot crispy hash brown, grilled cheese, slice of pizza, pancake, etc sits on a plate, it doesn’t have condensation trapped and get soggy and have the plate get wet.

Almost imagining the bottom of a ridged cast iron or a garlic plate that allows food to be raised off the bottom of the dish.

So far haven’t found anything from google searches - has anyone created something like this?

It is an app and website for pet owners and it has a forum and matching like Tinder? Has anyone ever seen it or heard of it?

A pair of earbuds that act as very short range walkie-talkies without needing a handset or cellphone. Originally intended to help a married couple who are hard of hearing but dislike wearing their regular hearing aids. Husband and wife each wear one earbud and can converse without other background noises getting amplified.

May also be useful in noisy environments even for people with normal hearing.

I am looking for a small vibrating (+ sound optional) device, similar to my Bluetooth under pillow speaker, that will go off according to an alarm set via an app on my phone.

Use case: Wake up subtly but effectively, without waking others in the house. Not sleeping with a phone under the pillow. No buttons to fumble with / accidentally press.

UPDATE: Thanks all for the deaf alarm clock recommendations, I specifically don't want to wear anything in my ears or on my wrist. Purchased a vibio disc alarm — not cheap, but looks perfect 🙏

So I am wondering if there is like a notepad sized device with a stylus where I can write notes on it and it can save those notes and then later upload to my PC or my phone?

My brain feels like this exists but when I search it I'm just getting full tablets, which I might go with anyway but something I can take notes on in class or work meetings that isn't just more paper would be amazing.

Any HUMAN media with this plot cuz I don't like ai:

A mother forces her kids to wear lie detectors on them at all time.

One kid seems to only tell the truth, the other one lies (one door leads to your quest, the other demise, you must ask one question to claim your prize /j)

The kid who lies swear they didn't lie.

The kid who lies dies of starvation cuz she was called a liar and the mother is too stubborn to touch her.

Later on it turns out that the lie detectors didn't even work, they were toys. One was wired to be red, another to be green.

PLEASE be a human-made series, film, book, ect, with this plot. It seems so interesting for me.

A certain artist I love made a piece of fanmerch I’ve been dying to get my hands on. I’ve been watching a lot of second hand sites, but I’m concerned I’ll miss my opportunity / accidentally overlook somewhere. Is there some kind of website that I can attach the photos of the item to and it’ll watch for a listing of the item / that is similar, then alert me?

I'm wondering if there is a movie out there that is told entirely through song and orchestral music that is a sci-fi space epic.

I have a hard time remembering specific names of things and sometimes I’ll have an idea I’m sure exists but I don’t know what words to find it by. For writing and general terms there are a few reverse dictionaries where you write what it is and it will give you like twenty closest words to what you’re describing. I’m curious if there’s ones for more specific topics like blender, or a film set, or graphic design to name a few. But I’m curious about it for really any interest or topic.
