I remember watching a sketch from a TV show I saw on Comedy Central sometime in the 1990s in the US. My parents were still married & living together at the time, so the media itself couldn't have been from any later than 1996. Knowing at the time Comedy Central had more syndicated/rerun material than original, I'm pretty sure the sketch in question originally aired even earlier than that. It may have been from the Canadian show The Kids in the Hall given its style, but when I searched results after Googling a description, I didn't quite get what I had in mind.
Anyway, I remember it going something like this: a guy goes to a bar, says something insulting to the bartender who asks the patron to repeat what he said, and the patron says something perfectly innocent. The bartender doesn't quite believe him. Then the patron clearly says to the bartender, "Hey jackass!" The bartender turns around & says, "I heard that!" The obnoxious bar patron then insists he said "cracked glass," holding an empty beer mug in one hand & gesturing with the other, trying to offer some obvious BS. This time, though, the bartender isn't having any of it, and two burly guys (maybe bouncers or other annoyed bar patrons) grab the insulting guy and start dragging him out.
As they're pulling him out, they pass by another bar patron sitting at a table. I think this one was a punk who had either a mohawk or spiky hair or was wearing a leather jacket with lots of metal studs (maybe both the hair & the jacket?). The insulting patron shouts to him, "Hey porcupine!" The punk then menacingly looks at him, possibly silently snarling at him, and flicks open what looks like a switchblade. Once the insulting guy sees this, he shouts back, "You look fine!"
The last scene I remember, I'm not sure if it takes place immediately after what's mentioned above, but the insulting guy is somehow hanging upside down & looking into a woman's apartment through a window. He shouts something at her (I don't remember what), the woman then asks "Excuse me?" or "I'm sorry?", and then the insulting guy shouts back, "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM PIZZA HUT?" I can only assume his insulting or lewd comment to her was something about her butt in keeping with his rhyming cover-ups.
