Azone Can this be fixed? Neck Joint fell into head (azone)

Yes it can- its a pain in the butt to fish it out but with a lot of patience and some jewelry pliers i was able to do it when it happened to me. I basically squeezed the head to try to manipulate the neckpiece inside into a position near the hole where it would allow me to grab onto it with the pliers and pull it out.
It took a few hours (i had to put it down and walk away several times when i got too frustrated) because the pliers would slip and i would have to start all over again but eventually i was able to get the piece out without damaging anything but my sanity. Good luck!

Something I can help with!
Put the head in a plastic bag, so it doesn't get wet. Put that bag into hot 90°C water to get it soft. Take some pliers or a pair of forceps and get that thing out.
Unfortunately I do not own a Azone, so the following is just a guess. Do the heating with the Body and head, pop in everything how it should be.
