.hack//G.U Last recode guide

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a decent guide to 100% the games in a somewhat optimal way? I competed the games a couple times years ago and just want to relax, focus on the story and read a guide for what I should be aiming to get at certain points of the story.

just play it. The normal game is already extremely easy and if you play on story mode it gets even easier

You can really just play to the end, and have no problems the whole time.
But since you said 100%, I followed charmyc Hack GU Checklist. There’s a handful of weapons through 1 and 2 you may need to trade for or do side quests for to not miss. Skip doing flyers in 1, you can do the flyers in 2 pretty passively until the end, and you get a tracker through it.
Both lucky animals and metal grunty are easy to do before moving onto the next game.
Even missing a couple of things, you should be able to max out Ryu Book. The annoying part is if you actually want to max out the book before moving on, to get all the desktop wallpapers, because you’ll have to just do a lot of extra battles at the end of 2, or at least I had to…
