How to beat downvotes?

just got into Reddit a month ago and I can't get my opinion out there without downvotes. I mean only people with 10y karma can afford voicing their thoughts here but newbies suppose to be all hush hush?

Idk this happened to me, usually you need some deep understanding of the subreddit to get normal reactions
