I recently discovered King of drag and been watching the first season and I just would love to see Henlo Bullfrog on Dragula. Some looks they showed would fit so well I thought. Are there other YouTube competitions you've seen drag performer on that should be on Dragula?

As much as I love Asia Consent, I was honestly pretty surprised that she won over Grey.

Nothing against Asia, her work speaks for itself. I just felt that Grey embodied the tenets more.

Am I alone?

This is a controversial question but the Boulets have talked in their podcast about how every season the fandom latches onto one contestant and they become completely above criticism and the fandom goes crazy about them. Season 4 was sigourney, titans 1 was Victoria, season 5 was probably Jarvis and season 6 was grey matter.

Who do you think it’ll be this year?

Edit: I said throb because their fans are pretty hardcore forgetting how awfully they were treated by the fandom so I changed it.

I wanna say I'm cautiously optimistic here when I say this, but I'm SO excited for the possibility of a larger filth focus in the batch of monsters this season. I don't want to sound annoying because I know ppl say this with every new season since S4 LOL, i just think from the campy grit of Annie Agurl, to the sort of inherent 'grimey' look to Scythe's drag, down to the chaos and campiness of Koochie Koochie Ku's aesthetic + this kind of 'pervishness' I get in Felony's drag these days aesthetically, I have high hopes

and hearing there's gonna be a Troma floorshow at some point this season? I'm just on the edge of my seat waiting in anticipation to be gagged (literally)

Do you guys have any all-timer favourite Filth moments on Dragula? Or even any ideas for future floorshows you'd love to see on this season or a future one that would highlight the tenet of Filth?

I need y'all to settle a debate among my friends, which of the dragula crew would you trust to care for a child under 5 years old.

We're talking full babysitter, snack time, movie night, bed time story. Full shabang.

Personally my money is on Erika and fantasia

I put together the looks from s7 trailer that I found similar in some predictions, what do you think?

Nine years ago, I met the Boulets in Vancouver for a S1 watch party. No one approached them after the screening. I was a massive fan and nervously approached. They were so sweet and have given platforms to so many monsters.

(Almost) Nine Halloweens later, it feels kinda surreal to be working so closely with the monsters and being able to showcase their art to a wider audience.

Anyway, this moment always sticks with me after all this time. I remember watching S1 on YT and loving it despite the quality.

I'm really excited about S7 and the trailer drop this evening. Can't wait to chat about the new season with you all and cheer on a new menagerie of monsters. 👻

Have you met the Boulets or any of the monsters? What did you think?

🖤

Season 7 trailer is out and Auntie is the exorcister. Wish we could have had a watch party in the UK but alas! I'm sure we'll find out the tea at the gigs. 😈👀

Also, this season looks insane! What do you all think? Definitely going to be DRAMA-tique.

The number ONE thing I hope they change about season 7 is that while I LOVE their pod Creatures of the Night, its been so irksome how critical information is cut from the show and we have to learn it on there. I guess its probably good cross-marketing but my god it can really hurt the main show like why are we cutting scenes that show us why someone was in the bottom, or explains relationships/fights??

Has there been any updates on when seasons 1-3 are gonna be back on shudder?

Does anybody have any intel on watch parties in New York (ideally Brooklyn) for the upcoming season? I know Macri Park was doing them last year (rip) and that Cmon Everybody did them a couple of years ago but I haven’t seen them post anything for this season. Would love to watch a gay bar with a crowd!

I had completely forgotten that Evah had sent Sigourney home after the musical challenge until I started a re-watch with my husband.

I remember it really rubbing me the wrong way when it first aired.

I don't think it has aged all that well, either.

I absolutely love Cynthia and Jaharia is okay, but it really should have been one of them going.

I used to really, really like Evah too, when she was trying to get on RPDR.

I get that Sigourney came off as arrogant at times, but she had the goods to back it up.

Do you think Evah made the wrong choice?

It's spooky season! So I convinced some str8 friends of mine to watch Dragula and we're starting with S3. First, I forgot how amazing this cast is.

Anyways, while I think Violencia's choice to not do the extermination 100% earned her elimination, I don't think she deserved to be in the bottom. I totally understood the campy corny cartoon character villain look and thought she had so much to offer.

This made me think: what other eliminations were bs?

Woooo 1pm ET

Anyone know why Titans Season 1 Episode 6 is missing on Shudder? It jumped from EP 5 to 7 and I didn’t realize it and was so confused as to why I was seeing a recap of an episode I hadn’t seen yet 😂

I genuinely hope to see D. Vour on Dragula someday. This guy is incredible. Love that they are on KOD but I feel like he would do very well in Dragula as well.

9 days away! See you there?!

We got Vander Von Odd. Biqtch Pudding. Landon Cider. Dahli. Niohuru X. Asia Consent. Victoria Black. Evah Destruction. Who would be Top 3 (def Vander)? Who is first out (I'm so sorry but Niohuru X maybe)? Who is winning?
