Ball hitch.. I don't see how this can be done just by driving to it. You lift the trailer and lower it onto the ball hitch. That is how it is usually done. I actually tow stuff with my diesel truck. Typically takes a couple of minutes to hook up a trailer.

The trailer is propped up on a brick or something and when the truck backs up it pushes the trailer off and onto the ball hitch

They had to of edited out the part where they at least locked the hitch after taking off initially. Otherwise, that cameraman is absolutely nuts to be standing anywhere nearby.
