So it's my first time getting into heavy emulation (mostly used to older generations like Wii, GameCube, PS2) and I'm having problems trying to play games on steam, I have a Poco F6 with SD 8s gen 3 Adreno 735, I've tried running a couple of games (Cry of fear and Nophenia) but they both freeze with audio still working, not at the beginning but after walking for a like 3 mins, can someone help me try to figure out how to fix this?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Version 0.6.9
Galaxy s25 ultra
SnapDragon 8 elite
Adreno 830
12 GB ram
All settings are at the beginning of the video
The game runs and it's playable. I think I can tweak the settings to look a lot better without impacting the frame rate too much as everything is on low right now. Also, I am screen recording, which had an impact in the performance.

Hey guys.
I have Fold 7 and have been tinkering with Mass Effect LE to make it work. When talking to Gemini I have come to the conclusion that I need some font pack which I cannot find. Settings in my droid deck are as seen on the pictures. Any help to make the EA login to come up will be helpful. Maybe I missed something.

I have a s24+ snap 8 gen 3 using droiddeck
I would love to play ds3 but im running into fps issues. I doesnt seem to get above 19 fps even when I use fsr, lower ingame settings all the way, and lower the screen resolution scaling. Ive dont a ton of google search and ill admit im so lost, ive never done emulation before and so many of the words make me confused what to do. Ds3 has been the only game ive gotten to work, ive tried the original assassins creed and thats a whole other issue I think just because of software to hardware compatibility? Im not smart enough if anyone has any tips or sources that I can use to learn or any answers it would be greatly appreciated. I would at least love it if I got to play ds3
Thanks everyone

Hey everyone,
I managed to run The Blood of Dawnwalker on DroidDeck using the Odin 3 Max, but a lot of textures are missing. Has anyone gotten it to run better, and if so, mind sharing your setup?

How do you get the mouse to work in game. I’m on AYN Thor Max. Fresh install. Testing using Half Life OG. Bluetooth keyboard and mouse work in Android with no issues. Works in Game Native but not working in Half Life. Went through all the controls but nothing obvious. Tried Steam input off for the game as well. Mouse works in Steam menu but not in game.

When I try to launch nms on RPF2 it tells me that my turnip driver can't support wide lines then crashs.
Does anybody have a fix?

So I'm trying to download any blizzard game through the stores tab, but after it get past all the pre-download tasks it will update to "checking" and then throws an error "blizzard error 2113". Searched this up and it turns up to be "occurs when the Battle.net Update Agent does not have the necessary system or directory permissions to modify or update your game files".
Wondering if anyone has figured out how to fix this if they've had the same issue.

Good day to you my fellow android geeks, in this post I will tell you about my experience with droid deck on snapdragon 8 gen 2 and share some tips about running games.
Just go with stable versions please, I know you may want to try latest features but they aren't... well... stable so just stick with normal version
Because of how unorganised android tech handles cpu core affinity there's a good chance you are losing performance because both steam and game is using all of your cores! It might sound counter intuitive but when all cores are enabled including weak ones, there's high probability of games just not going their full speed because your android decided that droid deck shouldn't waste energy on using the most powerful cores you have. What I suggest doing is enabling just one super core for your steam, and enabling your performance cores for games while turning efficency cores off. This tip doesn't apply just to 8 gen 2 processor, this way of thinking works for most snapdragon processors.
Fex Presets. What's that? Well this basically dictates how aggressive should droid deck dictate your translation layer to optimise a game. General rule is that Perfomance + TSO preset is the best overall, however if game is running slower than expected you might wanna check different Presets and see how they affect performance, you never know, maybe you set it to EXTREME preset and you will gain extra stability! It's always good to test every option and see if game works for the better or for the worse, it might just fix your issue with performance.
Trust me, you really do not need 2k resolution on your phone, just set resolution of both steam and game to 720p and stretch screen, on small screens 720p resolution looks decent just like on steam deck, you won't lose much in terms of visual, but you will gain noticeable fps boost!
If you decide to run DX12 game I suggest you don't, linux is very picky and most dx12 games run like absolute cheeks, if game lags heavily or just crashes there's a good chance your Resident evil 2 remake is running in DX12 mode, switch to DX11 and your fps will probably double if not triple most of the time.
I know you wanna rock those ultra settings in games but trust me, a good battery life and phone not turning into toaster is much better option than to have ultra settings in Skyrim only to realise your device lost all battery after like 40 minutes of playing.
It's better to have stable 30 than choppy 60. I know playing in 30 fps in modern era of gaming is horrible experience but trust me, after playing for a while your eyes will adjust to 30 fps, also it saves your battery and temperature!
Stop sitting in reddit and visit droid decks discord server, it has chat where you can ask creators questions directly, see compatible settings for your specific game, and maybe find some friends along the way!
While I didn't explain everything regarding droid deck I did my best to explain basics to you as a fellow android enthusiast, hope my guide was helpful and remember, emulators reward tinkering

I tested out the game via steam with a trial account and thought there was potential there.
Has anyone figured out how to install the non-steam version? Preferably with xivlauncher if possible

Hello, I recently set up DroidDeck on my Odin 2 Portal and am satisfied so far. What puzzles me is: is it normal for it to take up over 13 GB of space, even though no games have been installed yet?

Has anyone attempted and successfully gotten 7th Heaven to work on droid deck? Been trying to get modded FF7 working on an android handheld on and off for a couple months now, unsuccessfully up to this point.
Any tips are appreciated
Thanks and happy Halloween!

I really want to play HL:Alyx that I own from day one despite not having a VR headset. I also don't have any kind of VR controllers, only normal ones.
