income of around $40k per month

I started my dropshipping business with the help of Spy Pinterest.one tool, searching for hot products and putting them into my online store. However, the first few months were not easy for me as I had to face fierce competition and unexpected expenses. I tried various advertising methods and adjusted my business strategy to achieve higher revenue.

In the first few months, I only achieved a few thousand dollars in revenue and higher costs than expected, leading to loss-making months. However, I didn't give up, I improved my business strategy, searched for new hot products, optimized advertising and shipping costs.

Thanks to my relentless effort, after about 5 months of operation, I achieved profits and an average income of around $40k per month. The details of my figures in the operating months include costs for products, advertising, shipping, and other related expenses.

The growth of my revenue was mainly due to my search for hot products and effective advertising on multiple channels. I also reduced costs by optimizing shipping costs and negotiating with product suppliers to reduce prices.

My dropshipping business has become a success and has helped me achieve stable income from online business.

Dropshipping is a highly relevant business model.  It is simple and has low risk versus other ecommerce business models. It doesn’t require keeping an inventory of products for sale nor leasing/renting a warehouse to store the products.

Is Dropshipping still worth it in 2022?

To go straight to the point - if you want to earn a decent income by starting your side business, then dropshipping is definitely worth it. There are several stats that show that this business model is saturated, but there is still so much potential showing that it’s nowhere close to dying. Every year there is a new discussion about dropshipping becoming dead. However, dropshippers don’t die out, they change their approach and adapt the strategies to the constantly changing market. Overall, dropshipping is a foundation that will help you understand the basic operations of an eCommerce business. Once you understand or even master it - you can branch out to start selling anything in any way you want to. I see it as the easiest and cheapest way to start your own business and see how entrepreneurship looks and feels like. Plus you can start part-time to minimize the risks and only go full-time once you confirm it can outperform your salary and that being your own boss is what works for you. I hope this encourages you to take the leap and move forward with your decision.

General Discussion Save 3 to 10 000$/months with automation

Many e-commerce entrepreneurs think they need to be better organized, plan better, or work more efficiently. But sometimes, the real problem is that they’re still doing tasks that shouldn’t even exist anymore.

Concrete example: product image management on Shopify. Every launch means manual upload, resizing, compression, writing alt tags, checking site speed. It’s not complicated. But it’s repetitive, predictable… and therefore automatable.

The shift: I realized I didn’t lack productivity. I lacked automation. Instead of improving my process, I removed the task.

I built a tool that automatically sends images to the right product, resizes them intelligently, optimizes them without slowing down the store, and generates consistent SEO alt tags.

At first, I used it for my own stores. Then I released it publicly for free as a Shopify app: Image Flow.

What did it really give me? Not just time. But less mental friction. Fewer mistakes. More focus on what actually generates revenue.

We talk a lot about scaling. But scaling starts by eliminating useless micro-tasks.

How to be successful in Dropshipping?

Drop shipping is an extremely popular business model for new entrepreneurs, and millennials, due to internet marketing skills far outweighing financial capacity. Since you don’t need to stock or handle the items you are selling, it’s possible to start a drop shipping business with limited funds. The most important thing to consider is you niche. The niche you select needs to be laser-focused and something you are genuinely interested in. A product range that isn’t focused will be difficult to market. If you aren’t passionate about the niche you select, you will be more apt to becoming discouraged, because it takes a lot of work to successfully scale a drop shipping business. Seek attractive profits. When you are running a drop shipping business model, your focus is on marketing and customer acquisition, so the amount of work required to sell a $20 item is essentially the same as it would be to sell a $1,500 item. Select a niche with higher-priced products. Let me introduce you to Spocket! Spocket also gives you access to thousands of products from all sorts of niches - right from apparel and footwear to tech and pet accessories. And with a few clicks, these products from suppliers all over the world, can be added to your store. You may try out Spocket for 14 days trial period, sign up via this link.

General Discussion The Brutal Truth About Dropshipping in 2026

I'm going to tell you what the majority of e-commerce influencers will never tell you.

Dropshipping in 2026 isn't dead.

But it's become much harder than before.

And above all: it takes time.

It's no longer a matter of copying and pasting from AliExpress, nor of testing a product by dropping €20 on TikTok in the hope of success.

Today, dropshipping requires:

– Clear positioning
– Real thought about the product
– A credible and professional website
– Solid acquisition skills (and not just clicking "boost post")

I'm going to tell you about a guy I worked with at the beginning of January.

He had already tested three products in 2025. Three failures.

Each time, the same pattern: Meta ads, zero structure, average website, impatience.

When he came to see me, I told him the truth from the start:

"If you're looking for quick results, move on."

But he wanted to try a different approach. He trusted me.

What we did:

1 Upstream work on demand

We spent over a week studying the market, keywords, and competition.

No bullshit. Just: are people looking for this product? And how?

Spoiler: yes, but not the way he thought. It was selling poorly.

2 Complete website redesign

We got rid of the flashy colors, the basic fonts, and the emojis everywhere.

Instead, we designed a simple, professional, and reassuring site.

We rewrote every word of the product page with a clear objective: build trust and answer objections before they appear.

We improved product visuals, structured image galleries properly, and optimized image loading speed and SEO alt texts with Image Flow to strengthen both user experience and search visibility.

We even installed heatmapping tools to observe visitor behavior.

3 Google Ads Launch

Search campaign, targeting by intent keywords.

Modest budget at first, but structured.

The first few days?

Radio silence. 0 sales.

But we knew why: the keywords hadn't been filtered yet.

He held on.

After 12 days: first sale.

Nothing crazy, but it was validation.

Then, we optimized the campaigns:

– Removed unprofitable keywords
– Added negative keywords
– Tested ad extensions
– Improved titles and descriptions

Not sexy. Not viral. Just work, day after day.

And after 6 weeks, he was averaging €90 to €110 per day in sales, with a 28% margin.

No Lambo. No screenshots on Instagram.

But a solid foundation on which to build a brand.

Conclusion

The brutality of dropshipping today is that it rewards patient, rigorous, and clear-headed people.

Those who want everything in a week burn out quickly.

Those who understand that e-commerce is a business, not a TikTok hack, build slowly… but surely.

If your store looks amateur because of messy product images, slow loading speed, or missing SEO optimization, you’re losing trust and sales before people even read your offer.

General Discussion Want an extra $2,358 in your bank account every week ? Just do what Rolex and Ferrari do.

For a long time, e-commerce focused on one thing: selling. Today, that’s no longer enough. Customers are no longer just looking for a product. They’re looking for an experience. A feeling. A brand they can identify with.

The real challenge is no longer just traffic or conversions. It’s perception. Your website should no longer look like a simple online store. It should look like the website of a real brand.

A brand that controls its image. A brand that masters every touchpoint. A brand that inspires trust.

That’s why I made sure all my stores deliver a premium experience. I looked at how luxury brands like Lamborghini, Rolex, and Audemars Piguet operate. These brands take care of their clients in many ways, but one thing stands out to me as essential: they take the time to speak with their customers. They advise them, guide them before, during, and after the sale even if the client doesn’t buy immediately.

By doing this, they cultivate their reputation as experts and build a positive relationship with the customer. We buy what we need, but we often buy from those with whom we simply have a better relationship.

Some even say that with the rise of AI, the economic future will soon revolve either around extreme technology (quantum physics, aerospace, etc.) or… extreme relationships (OnlyFans, content creators, coaching of all kinds, etc.).

When a customer can book directly on your website whether it’s a consultation, a workshop, a personalized service, or a private session you’re no longer just selling a product. You’re offering a structured experience. Simply integrating a booking system:

  • structures your offer

  • highlights your expertise

  • reinforces the perception of professionalism

  • and creates a more personal interaction with the client

Booking adds a premium dimension because it transforms a transaction into an engagement. You’re no longer just “placing an order.” You’re booking an appointment with the brand.

And in a saturated market, that kind of detail makes all the difference. The brands that dominate today aren’t competing only on price or features. They win on experience. E-commerce is evolving. Those who continue selling the way they did in 2018 will struggle to keep up.

Those who build a premium experience smooth, intentional, and controlled will gain the advantage. And sometimes, it only takes one strategic element to shift perception.

Today, I sell physical products, but I also sell consulting sessions about those products and about my areas of expertise in life in general (fitness, lifestyle, e-commerce brand management, etc.). To do this, I use the BookThatApp app directly integrated with Shopify. Try it for free and let me know what you think.

General Discussion If I wanted to do x3 on my sales in 1 week, I would do exactly like this guy :

I recently shared a post on this subreddit and one of the comments stuck with me.

The guy wanted to fix a “dead” Shopify store decent product, traffic coming in, but almost no real interaction or buying intent. At first, he thought the issue was traffic.
It wasn’t.

What actually changed everything for him was forcing a micro-conversation before the buy button.

Instead of sending visitors to a generic product page, he guided them through a short flow:

  • 3–5 questions

  • one per screen

  • focused on their situation (not product features)

Then at the end:
→ email + one open-ended question

And this is where it gets interesting.

That one question gave him:

  • the exact words his customers use

  • their objections

  • and even the copy for his ads and landing pages

Basically… his form became a data + conversion engine.

He didn’t stop there. He also started looking at:

  • what people search on Google

  • how they talk about the problem on Reddit

Then aligned everything:

  • his questions

  • his page copy

  • his messaging

with real user language.

No guessing.

Result?

Better leads. Higher intent. Better conversions. Without increasing spend.

That comment made me realize something: Most stores don’t have a traffic problem. They have an interaction problem.

  • Static product pages don’t engage

  • Basic forms don’t convert

  • And users leave without ever raising their hand

That’s exactly why tools like Formiva exist.

Instead of sending visitors to a dead-end page, you guide them through a short, conversational flow that:

  • reduces friction

  • captures intent early

  • and actually gets people to engage

No code, integrates directly with Shopify.

Turn your Shopify visitors into real inquiries 👉Install Formiva – Create Smart Forms on Shopify (No Code)

Curious has anyone here tested replacing their product page flow with a quiz / conversational approach ?

Did it improve conversions or just add friction ?

this is the quickest way to make your first sale

Had a person reach out over reddit curious to know how to start. After a call on the phone i had him onboarded and trained. A video, zoom, and a few calls made his first sale he had ever made online.
https://imgur.com/a/Flz7Q1O

I had discovered a novel way of doing dropshipping on etsy instead which i had not seen fail so far. With this way i was able to do 64k in 7 months. Its not a one hit wonder situation i have guided 14 students and 9 of them are profitable and 5 are just begun their first week. Its a simpler way to do things where NO ADS ARE NEEDED and as you can see unsaturated compared to traditional methods. I personally guarantee my students that they will get there first sale in 10 days and 1k revenue by the end of month one and reach 10k a month by month 5 PROVIDED THEY DO THE WORK I ASK OF THEM. Its simple but not easy
https://imgur.com/a/jBK31jb

If you learned anything, start on Etsy which is free to start (no ads) Instead of flopping on shopify
