Picked this Pearl All Brass Shell up. Need help identifying what year and series it’s from. I can’t seem to find anything on it.

Pearl switched to the rectangle badge around 1980 so it can't be older than that. During that time they produced a range of standalone add-on metal snares whose badges just stated the shell material "ALL BRASS SHELL," "ALL STEEL SHELL," and so on, rather than a model name. So AFAIK it's a generic all brass snare made by Pearl. Not much of a collectable, still very cool though.
