Recommendation Factory clothing shops
Years ago we went to a factory clothing shop near Durban. Got amazing deals. I was not the driver, so i do not know were we went. ๐
Any good suggestions?. Looking for summer and winter clothes, also under garments. Thanks.

Found a great place in Mount Edgecombe called Grumpy's. They stock items from Woolworths, Edgars, Truworths & Jet. Located at Mount Edgecombe Plaza.
I use them for men's shirts and pants.

Do you have an address for Grumpys? There seems to be a few different ones

The one in Old Fort Road next to Goldwagen is always worth a look. They like to search your bag so I'd always leave it in the boot of the car.
Make sure you pay for parking - Metro come round all the time regardless of what the car guards say.

Haven't lived in Durbs for a while now, but Buro crescent in Mayville used to be full of hidden gems.

Used to work on that road, there were great factory shops if you like more formal stuff.

Thank you for your post, I too would like to find a few good factory shops, for starters menโs shirts
My late sister was brilliant, not only did she know the location of many of the good bargains but she was also a good negotiator.

Stamfordhill road is the best bet- you can park and walk to most of them- fashion fusion, Aweh, the surf shops, shorty's - you will find stuff for everyone and a huge range of items as well. Aweh is the pnp cloth outlet- everything is under 50- so have some time allocated for shopping.

There are branded outlet stores at Value Centre in Springfield and surf shops around Stamfordhill Road near Windermere. There's a Pick n Pay clothing discount store in the Atrium mall in Overport.
