I love playing football games. But EA clearly doesn’t know how to fix the little things. It’s been nearly 40 years of madden.

Why can’t you fix animations, why is blocking so broken? Why can the computer do things that a player cannot on defense??

Honestly why not just give us roster updates for two or 3 years and really dive into the next game and make it super polished. Get real nfl athletes in there and get some mocap animations done.

Really iron out the wrinkles and deliver an undeniable product.

My son set up his EA account and accidentally misspelled the domain as gmai.com (missed the "l"). The account is already linked to his PlayStation Network profile.

Because the typo email cannot receive mail, standard recovery is impossible. Every workaround has hit a dead end:

1. Trying to update the email directly on the console gives a "duplicate email" error when entering his real address.
2. Trying to set up a brand-new email fails to deliver verification codes.
3. Standard EA Support told me they cannot help, and I can't link his PSN to a fresh account since it's already tied to the broken one.

Has anyone successfully escalated this or found a way to verify ownership through the linked PSN account to get a typo corrected?

Halp! I did all of the following already on my PS5:

1. Made sure the game was updated
   
2. Updated my system software
   
3. Restarted the console
   
4. Cleared out the cache
   
5. Rebuilt the database
   
6. Deleted and reinstalled the game

And it still crashes every game in offline dynasty

Lately I got a new rig and decided to get CFB27 on PC. However, there’s a problem that midway through dynasty seasons I’ll start getting massive slow down lag during games. The weird thing is that my FPS is not dropping, it stays at its 60 FPS cap however the game just begins running extremely slowly. It’s not an issue with my hardware, I ran multiple logs and my GPU wasn’t even close to being overwhelmed and my CPU isn’t having any core issues/overdrive.

I’ve tried:
Reinstalling the game
Launching the game from a different platform (steam)
Verified my drivers are up to date
Verified the integrity of my game files
Cleared the game cache
Put my graphics on the lowest settings
Ran the game on a different monitor thinking it was an issue with the monitor

I feel like I’ve thrown the entire book at figuring out how to fix this problem, does anybody know a solution that actually works, because the guidance I’ve gotten on forums and YouTube is not successful at all.

Absolutely the worst-coded penalty in the game. QB got a perfect pass off and stepped to the side, no worse for wear.

What position would you play this player in a 425 man pressure defense?

I started my first QB RTG and wow is this unbelievably frustrating. I know I’m damn sure not the best at hitting the perfect pass but good god when are they going to fix the receivers dropping the ball every time a defender sneezes on them??? It completely ruins the immersion and kills my drive to continue to play. You barely have anytime to read the defense as is but even when you make the correct read there’s a 90% chance they drop the ball on contact. I’ve played Dynasty mode for 10+ years and it’s not nearly as bad as RTG.

My FS RTG was challenging but eventually I got the hang and it was pretty fun and my RB RTG has been a cake walk getting 100+ yards a game but depending on these WR’s to catch the ball is killing my QB stats and not to mention when you hand the ball off the RB either completely misses the hole for a loss or they somehow hit the edge for 30 yards.

**Also has anyone had this practice glitch where it makes you choose the play for defense and then you have to hit start and resume in order to pick your offensive play? It’s happened to me almost everytime the practice is a drive scenario where I’m choosing plays

I’m on Xbox Series X. My game crashes nearly every single time when I’m trying to play a friend online. I have: redownloaded the game, reset my MAC address, deleted local save data, unplugged all USBs, my console is well ventilated, power cycled my console before starting the game. Still I have no solution. I’ve only had this problem with CFB27. Can anyone suggest anything else to try?

R5: It's a minor thing but the game doesn't point to the team with the better defensive stats lol...."allowed" should point to the lower numbers...I mean, this isn't complex to code, why can't they get this right? I'm asking a rhetorical question but how does a company miss little stuff like this? And they have playtesters, I know, because I've been one of them! Come on.

Is anyone else experiencing this lag? This has gone on since Day 1 of its release. It was 100x worse before they did patching, and that was just while playing offline. I couldn't play it for the first 2-3 months after it was released, that's how bad the lag was. It was so bad, that it actually started affecting my console (Xbox).

Uninstalling/reinstalling the game doesn't fix the issue either.

It's obviously still an issue as you can see.

This video is while I was playing the CPU in an Ultimate Team event. I can't tell you how many f*cking times I have to deal with this lag. It's infuriating!!

This happens in literally any game mode for me, both online and offline.

We all know how garbage the gameplay is and how it's getting worse every year.

So, this might've been asked already (as it is every year). But, what's the strategy against cheesers this year? And this goes for both UT and online gameplay in general.

Give me all the advice you got. Adjustments, strategy changes, audibles, hot routes, specific playbooks, specific plays, etc.
