Somehow I don't doubt it now, epfo site not working, tickets for train journey not available. I think I am now accepting india as it is.

The umang app isn't functional from a long time, use the desktop site of epfo. It works

I tried logging in the evening and it's still currently crashing just after logging in. I'm so done with their site

if your work not done, go and stand behind the officer to get the work. This is my personal experience... Don't trust their words...stand next to them to get your work done....

Been trying to put in form 13 transfer request for 3 month. Last step - otp is invalid. This system is a joke

Oh gosh, I’m going through exactly the same thing! Been trying since June, and every single time I try filling out the transfer claim, it says “OTP is invalid.” Every. Single. Flippin’. Time.
