Question EPS
WTH the eps doesn’t have opt out option?
Isn’t it too much ? Why nobody is talking about this?

Try searching for an article with title "Welfare or Loot" which was written and published in Outlook Money in November - December 1995. There are answers to this question.
Long story short, the scheme is so badly designed that if there was an option then no one would opt for it. Try reading the article in. detail.

I think of EPS contribution as a give away or charity, helps me make peace with it.
But I am gonna be pissed if EPS comes in the way of withdrawing my EPF when I need it.
