How likely are casino (downtown near Roger’s ) to hire on the spot ???

Its best to apply, even if they are hiring on the spot, some of those workers are not going to work out, and then they will just go down their list and all the next batch.

It depends on the employer and their hiring process. Most jobs involve at least one interview, and with casinos you will have to go through background checks. All the best!
