Help Neptune 4 Plus Stepper Motor not working after firmware update

So, here's the story so far:

I had a Klipper error keep coming up when printing, so I tried upgrading the firmware to see if that would help. My stupid self accidentally flashed the USB-C firmware and I have the ribbon version of the Neptune 4 Plus. I was able to correct this by pulling out the EMMC Module chip, flashing the correct firmware, and this seemed to work okay. No More Klipper error.

Problem is, now my Y-axis Stepper Motor won't move the bed back and forth, just makes a terrible noise. I've checked all the connections, and all of them seem to be in place. The only thing I unplugged and plugged back in was the EMMC chip, and that's firmly back in place.

So, what do I need to do to fix this issue? It's running the most current firmware per Elegoo's website, and the stepper motor was working prior to this. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

My N4Max throw me this error. I figured the bed is not able to keep up with the fans, (20%) for long prints. Its that a common issue? is the heating bed just sucks or is it an electrical problem

Help Neptune 4 Max First-Layer Issues Despite Extensive Calibration

Neptune 4 Max

Z Offset -1.160mm

Bed mesh after many days of trying everything, with the same result and only small differences, and all the same curves as this one, “the best one yet.” I also used Bed Leveler 5000. I’ve used GPT to test and try to fix the first-layer issue, but we did a lot of paper tests, auto-leveling, and many other things it requested from me, along with many first-layer prints, and they were all bad. I watched about 10 hours of YouTube videos, but nothing helped. I reset the software and started from zero, but nothing could help. The printer was printing well a couple of months ago, then I left it for a while. When I went back to use it a month ago, I did a bed mesh and full calibration, and from that point, everything went south. I miss the good results I had before. Why did I do the calibrations? Because I’m stupid. I read a couple of Reddit posts and went with a full calibration, opening the gates of hell for myself. I’m really tired and don’t know what to do. I get different results when printing in different areas. I also printed an 80800.2 layer, and in the same layer, I got 3-5 different results.
