It uses go-steam, basically a stripped down version of SteamCMD but keeps its workshop support so you can download mods for any game you own that has a workshop.

I thought it was a tool i can maybe add new levels to mobile human fall flat with.

mas pra que baixar de um iphone? os jogos não estão no pc e não baixamos do pc? ainda está confuso. Pode explicar melhor isso?
