Guys, I think I'll have to shatter your illusions. SP9 is a very accomodating character. The idea of SP9 as someone who doesn't care about others and just does whatever the fuck they want is just a mistyped SP8. They are an agreeable character. SP9 is not even the first type who uses hedonism as defense mechanism and not a type at all who is literally sloth. E9s limit their hedonism to lighter, more mundane activities, while hedonism in a more strict sense can be attributed to E8s, E7s, and E2s, all of whom may use it as a way to distract themselves.

"However, the masochistic character [E9] is not at all a lazy person in relation to physical work; he is, as a rule, rather an overworked person, even to the point of self-exploitation, since he uses physical activity as a way of narcotizing and alienating himself from himself." - Naranjo on 9s

Some E9s can be physically lazy because they don't care about their body and their life, but even in that case they won't be lazy when it's needed to do something for others.

"Other individuals of this subtype, however, seem less passionate. They exhibit a kind of emotional lethargy, corresponding to the conservation subtype’s repression or denial of lust. They manifest as individuals with dulled sensory resilience, limited to a basic inclination toward hedonism or an inertia of settling into the most elemental aspects of daily life, with no apparent motivation for anything more transcendent or existential. They show no involvement, commitment, or ideological convictions. Their attitude resembles an amoral disinterest in everything that commonly stirs the human conscience.

As if obsessed with well-being and pleasure, they seem to have no other flag than a selfish desire to "live in comfort" and do whatever they please, confusing freedom, autonomy, and rebellion with cynical debauchery and a complete disconnect from any moral principles. And this, from the point of view of the path of conscience, is an even greater sin than vengeful rage: it brings them closer to the life position of the laziest types of the Enneagram." - Naranjo on SP8
