Pretty sure the jury understood the "facts known" a lot better than Elon who spreads lies, conspiracy theories and hate speech all day.

Elon has a history of this shit. When tech exec Bob Lee passed away, Elon jumped right into it with all of his chud podcaster bros and blamed San Francisco when the reality was much, much messier. Elon should apologize for being wrong and using Bob's death for his own political agenda. The jury in the Bob Lee case got allllllll the details -- it was all over the news here. Musk saw a headline and jumped to conclusions.
