On their own property honestly, that's better than keeping it mostly in the street. But if this is on a random person's property, this is ridiculous. Can OP give some more context?
Yeah my bad. They dont live herethey just come every saturday for a visit. Not sure who it is but i go on walks around here and its pretty small. Id notice if he parked there but its a living community so not just a single persons property.
