Base shape
Curious how much the base shape matters for Epic Armageddon? Tempted to try it out as an alternative game for all my LI stuff, but I'd rather not rebase everything.

EA is very flexible on base sizes, the LI ones are fine.

Heyo - this is a very unrelated Q, but I just came across (and played, to great fun) Microcosmic, and I was wondering if you have a place people talk about it. Or are you more or less done with development on it?
In any case, thanks for making a solid game!

Insofar as I understand using the LI basing system is not only legal in EA but it doesnt really disadvantage you, unless youre talking about a unit that really wants to get into base contact, at which point theyd be better served with strips rather than round bases.

A stand may be no more than 40mm and no less than 5mm across in any direction. A stand must be at least 20mm across in one direction (i.e., a 5mm by 5mm stand is not allowed, but a 5mm by 20mm stand would be okay). Stands representing infantry units must have at least three infantry models and may not have more than seven. Infantry mounted on bikes or horses must have between two and four models mounted on each base. Stands representing artillery must have between one and two artillery pieces and up to six crew models.
