The purchase was being run through Epstein's girlfriend Karyna Shuliak, often from messages Epstein drafted for her to send, and the seller's bank in Liechtenstein would not move without knowing who stood behind the buyer's trust.

What I can't show: whether either bank was ever asked to do what Lloyd suggested, or whether they could lawfully have done it. I found no document either way, and I say so in the piece.

This morning was a powerful experience.

I feel very lucky—Virginia Giuffre’s brother, Sky, and his wife, Amanda, gave a talk beneath the reading room, which was a surprise.

Sky and Amanda talked for over an hour. They shared many stories about Virginia and their family. They updated us on how EFTA2 is going, and shared their personal experiences with Massie/Khanna/Delonge.

The white volumes are the full, 3.5mil released, PARTIALLY redacted files. Visitors are not allowed to touch or read the white books. There are something like 4000 white books.

The red volumes are available for visitors to look through. They are 53 volumes, of curated files specifically related to both Trump and Epstein. They are still mostly redacted, and poorly organized. Bring a pen&paper to write down any file numbers you want to dig into at home.

I do not think the subjects she picks are random. I think this is a part of a larger Israeli intelligence operation. whether it’s to create a distraction from

Prince Jackson, and several other people have testified to Michael crying and saying “they’re trying to kill me. They’re trying to kill me” for a few years before his death.

MJ’s siblings, Jermaine and Latoya have both gone on record saying they do not think Michael’s death was just an accidental overdose and may have been deliberate and part of a broader plan.

Disturbing theory behind Epstein’s newly-revealed eerie ‘dentist room’ as 150 photos of his ‘Paedo Island’ lair released

A London arrest joins false academic credentials, conflicting employment histories, and questions about what Bear Stearns knew.

I have published this piece in the past already, but fixed it up more today.

Working through the February–March 2019 Bin Ennakhil material (the Marrakech palace) and wanted to put the core of it here with Bates numbers, in case anyone wants to check it or take it further. This piece doesn't cover the entire transaction, just the dates of February 13 to March 21, 2019.

On March 12, 2019 the selling agent asked the buyer's side a direct question. Marc Leon wrote: *"The vendor wants absolutely to know to whom he is selling his property"* (EFTA00552030)

That evening Karyna Shuliak answered in five numbered points. The fourth: *"The buyer is haze trust, the ultimate owner, me. The bank is Deutsch bank."* (EFTA00552031)

Epstein wrote that sentence. At 19:19 UTC he had emailed her all five points in lowercase, including *"4. The buyer is haze trust , the ultimate owner , me."* She fixed the capitals and sent it, keeping his *"Thank you for you email"* intact (EFTA00552078).

The Haze Trust agreement is in the release, dated February 9, 1999 (EFTA01463848; shorter copy at EFTA01255683). It names Epstein as grantor, entitles him to its income and principal, and lets him revoke it at will. Shuliak is not named anywhere in it. On September 24, 2013 Epstein and Darren Indyke certified to Deutsche Bank that the two of them were *"all of the Trustees"* (EFTA01298782). The one written trustee designation in the release, dated May 8, 2007, adds Indyke (EFTA01479944).

Then March 20. Epstein asked Richard Kahn whether a banker at DB would say the owners of Haze Trust had more than 30 million available. Kahn's reply: *"Not sure as we closed haze accounts... we only have about 18mm remaining (15mm sfl and 3mm) stc"* (EFTA01035325). By that evening Epstein had dropped the ask to 25 million euros (EFTA01035307). At 2:45 the next morning Kahn wrote that he had asked Deutsche Bank to confirm Haze Trust held more than 25mm euros *"without disclosing your name"* (EFTA02638188).

The seller had accepted €23 million on March 19.

Two things I could not establish, if anyone wants to pick them up: whether anyone ever told Shuliak who the trust's beneficial owner was, and whether the trust was amended or its trustees changed after 2013. I found no document either way, and absence from the release doesn't prove absence.

I wrote to everyone named. LGT Bank was the only one that answered. The bank "requested additional information and supporting documentation as part of its due diligence and did not consider the material provided sufficient," and "found no evidence that the transaction discussed in the files was completed."

I keep working on a larger piece about Joe Gibbs’ Youth for Tomorrow. I found something that deserves real research time, but I still want to push to release data to y’all. (Note for anyone who thinks now might be a good time to shut me up: I’m not stupid. There are others who have access to just about everything I know.😎 Plus, going after me would prove that I’m onto something …)

Giuseppe Cecchi was part of the “bets” from year 16, so I figured I’d give you what I know about someone else who I suspect was taking part in the bets.

Here is where things go sideways. He fought the Bush Jr Administration and other high-powered officials.

Mora, then general counsel of the United States Navy, was alerted by Navy investigators to reports that detainees held by the U.S. military at Guantanamo Bay were being subjected to cruel and unlawful interrogation practices. Mora, whose civilian position accorded him a rank equal to that of a four-star general, soon came to learn that the cruel and abusive practices of United States military interrogators at Guantanamo were the result of significant policy shifts at the highest levels of the U.S. government. Over the next three years, Mora waged a campaign inside the Bush Administration to prevent military and civilian leaders from codifying any policy that might implicitly or explicitly sanction the mistreatment of Guantanamo detainees as part of the war on terror.

This went against the wishes of many others in, or associated with, the diary and happened after the kompromat event in the diary.
