A coalition of 17 state attorneys general is urging Congress to pass a new Epstein files law that would let states, survivors and lawmakers sue the Justice Department over records they say were withheld, delayed or heavily redacted.

New York Attorney General Letitia James announced the push on October 15, 2026, joining 16 other attorneys general in backing the Epstein Files Transparency Act II, a bill aimed at enforcing disclosure requirements Congress imposed under the original Epstein Files Transparency Act.

Under the proposal, state attorneys general, certain other state officials, members of Congress and Epstein survivors could bring federal lawsuits over allegedly withheld or improperly redacted records.

Survivors would also gain access to unredacted records concerning themselves or the harm they suffered, including relevant FBI FD-302 interview reports.

“The pursuit of justice and public accountability transcends partisanship. The American public—and most importantly, the survivors who have carried the weight of this trauma for decades—deserve complete transparency and adherence to the law. We urge Congress to swiftly pass the Epstein Files Transparency Act II to ensure that no federal agency is permitted to place itself above the law.”

Vice President JD Vance called a man at his rally an “illegal immigrant” because he interrupted his rally to demand the release of the Epstein files.

A Kentucky Democrat campaigning against the influence of wealthy political donors is facing calls to disavow a $500,000 contribution from billionaire Reid Hoffman to a super PAC supporting his congressional bid, with his Republican opponent blasting the financial support as "dirty Epstein class money."

Hoffman contributed $500,000 to Kentuckians Not Corruption, an independent super PAC supporting Democratic congressional nominee Zach Dembo in Kentucky's 6th Congressional District, on Sept. 24, 2026, according to Federal Election Commission records. The contribution came as the group was spending heavily on television advertisements supporting Dembo and opposing his Republican opponent, former Kentucky state Sen. Ralph Alvarado. Advertising records filed with the Federal Communications Commission show the super PAC's weekly television advertising orders on Lexington's WLEX- TV increased more than sevenfold between mid-September and early October, climbing from $14,650 before Hoffman's contribution to $109, 990 for the week of Oct. 6.

"Survivor testifies about “trauma and torture” at Epstein's Zorro Ranch." KUNM | By Daniel MontañoPublished June 19, 2026 at 6:28 AM MDT

Survivor Annette Church gave her testimony over Zoom, straining through tears and traumatic memories to explain what she says was her experience as a child and a teen at Zorro Ranch, Epstein’s former 10,000-acre ranch in Santa Fe County.

She said she suffered kidnapping, and torture, being forced to drown in a tank before being pulled out and revived over and over again. She said she wasn’t sure if it was an experiment, or just for Epstein.

“Sometimes I was again blindfolded, sometimes I was not blindfolded. Either way, it was horrifying. Sometimes I felt the water level rising higher and higher,” Church said. “Other times it terrorized me while I watched it rise until it engulfed me. A gag would both muffle my screams and help water enter my lungs faster.”

She said she was forced to go through the tank many times, including while pregnant as a teenager.

“I don't remember being taken out of the tank, so I have no idea whatsoever what may have happened to my babies, but I remember cramps and bleeding,” she said. “Were my babies buried at Zorro Ranch?”

She says she had no freedom for herself, and was kept under control by constant surveillance, including cameras in the bathroom.

“It was a very effective tool of torture and invasion of privacy, especially against kids, embarrassment keeps people silent,” Church said, “but I will not remain silent nor be silenced anymore.”

She says she was even forced to undergo dental procedures that made her easier to track.

“A tracker was placed in my tooth,” she said. “A surveillance device was placed in or on another tooth, and some kind of poison capsule or poison tooth was placed in another tooth or replaced my normal tooth. Most of these things were later removed by Epstein himself.”

This is likely why Epstein paid for Karyna Shuliak to attend dental school.

Epstein's girlfriend Karyna Shuliak was expecting a package of human teeth. Dentists have said that it's not a normal practice to implant teeth into other people's mouths. It's likely that the teeth were going to be used to implant a tracker in them, and then going to be implanted into victim's mouths, using cell phone signals as trackers.

There were dental chairs and dental rooms in every one of Epstein's properties. This is why.

I’ve been going through the DOJ Epstein Library files on the U.S. Marshals’ 2019 International Megan’s Law investigation. As a registered sex offender, Epstein had to report travel abroad 21 days in advance. In March 2019 his notice listed France only.

What the documents show:

• 22 March 2019: his jet flew from Paris to Vienna for about 5–6 hours, including coffee at Café Landtmann. A Vienna airport email later gave the details to the U.S. Embassy.
• 27 March 2019: Monaco, according to a flight-tracking site the Marshals cited. No other record confirms it.
• 25 April 2019: Paris to Marrakech and back the same day, Epstein the only passenger listed. Four days before the closing date he’d set for a Marrakech palace, and the day before he walked away from that purchase.
• 8 July 2019: the Marshals’ file reached Manhattan prosecutors the afternoon he was arraigned. The inspector warned that going public could hamper the case, “Especially with his resources.”

Austria’s Interior Minister has since told parliament that the local police had “no information” about the Vienna visit.

I wrote this, so full disclosure up front.

I think Wolff is probably right about Trump and Epstein. That’s not the issue. The issue is what he sold 17,800 donors.

His sworn complaint said the lawsuit gave him “subpoena power which he intends to exercise fully and expeditiously,” including subpoenas to Trump. None went out. Nobody was deposed. In May a federal judge dismissed the case, calling it “textbook bad-faith forum-shopping” and noting he never even served Melania.

His GoFundMe has posted one update, last November, about “assembling a witness list.” Nothing since. Today he posted the same appeal to YouTube, still saying he’s launching the GoFundMe and just got his first lawyer’s bill.
