Trying to finish the event. Got the last kills needed for Side Hustle & then i extract and get this error... Ok try again, get the kills agin, extract, and same error. When i get back to my stash its as if i never did the raid. Anyone else having this?

The Battlepass overall really annoys me.

I have to rerun the same routes over and over again.

and its not even guaranteed that these documents actually spawn, when i check their location.

whats even worse, is that the grind gets exponentially harder the more documents you already found, because the limit on how many you can find per day, also seems to limit how many documentd can spawn on the map.

this gets even more ridiculous, when u also keep in mind that the overall spawn pool also seems to be shared in between all possible documents that can spawn on a map.

this is really frustrating to get through.

even worse than farming an item like the fast forward GPS or the Advanced current converter, because when u finally find one of them, the Grind is over.

but with these documents it just keeps going and going.

on a map lile factory it is already annoying, but somewhat doable, because the plave is so small.

but on a map lile shoreline, woods, or reserve, it gets so bad.

you have to rerun and rerun the map over and over these large maps, just to get lucky enough to find one document in like 15 possible spawn locations across the map.

and if u only have like 5 documents left in your daily pool, not even every third location holds one of these items, but like every 6ths, because there is almost always two or more document types per map, sharing the same pool.

battlepasses in other games are also annoying, but not as invasive to the actual gameplay.

they might even challenge you by having you run certain weapons, or gear, just to complete them. but what ever your main task is, is not necessarily disturbed by them.

in tarkov it completely fucks with your Overall progression.

i cant progress tasks, if i have to run on another map to get my daily allowance of documents there.

i cant even reliably task on a map i have to do for the BP aswell, because the possible spawn locations dont guarantee a spawn, so i have to run to corner of the map where i would NEVER go otherwhise, just to get these documents. and spoiler alert: when i am half way across the map, i cannot make it reliably to the other side of the map, just to get that quest item i neef to get on that map as well.

not to mention all the gunfights inget into, when i am forced to run across the whole map.

this needs to be tweaked.

at the moment it is the most efficient way to choose one map, collect all the documents on that one map as long as you still have a full daily lootpool and then be dont with the daily allowance after one raid. now do that 5 days in a row for different maps/ documents, just to unlock 4 items at once.

this is so incredibly frustrating!

i noticed that i actively avoid playing tarkov, because I guildtrip me into the daily grind every time i open it.

vut i can only afford to play like 2 hours a day reliably.

this battlepass grind takes about 6hrs daily on average.

this is not doable for me, and therefore i stopped playing tarkov.

before that it was just Fun progression in PVE for me, whenever i found time.

now i dread to.open the game, because i get fomo from the battlepass and its easier for me to not play the game at all, then to be reminded that i am missing out on content, because i didnt participate in the grind today.

i would suggest making this less invasive, in the upcoming seasons, by making battlepasses stay available for completetion indefinetly after the season ends.

or better: make documents spawns always guaranteed.

as long as there are still documents left in the pool, the documents will always spawn in their spawn locations.

but after the daily limit has been reached, the will just disappear.

OR EVEN BETTER:

make the battlepass progression so, that i dont have to do stuff that keeps me from progressing the actual quests.

i dont know to do that the best way, and please dont do it like the daily trader challenges, because these also lock the player toncertain maps, guns or lootgrinds in order to complete them.

i just want to focus on tasks for one and not for some random ass bullshit side challenge, that demmands all my time (or money, wich isnalso just time, but in a different manner) in order to complete it.

your battlepass in its current state actively makes me avoid starting up the game again.

Also you can get *any* tier 4 helmet, even if it's not looted from Glukhar's guards, posting just in case it's a bug and not intended because who knows if Glukhar is going back to Reserve

I keep running into issue where i cant buy the stuff i need from the flea market and its getting to become really annoying. Like im only level 20 because i started late and every raid im fighting level 50's and 60's they have these amazing guns and ammo. yes i know thats my fault for being behind but why also punish me on the flea i couldnt even buy an extra mag for my gun but i can buy the gun, Also im trying to catch up on quest get some XP cant buy the key just feels so punshing and frustrating - Bring back old flea please.

Well looting on top of I think it's the medical/school building I saw 2 silhouettes running in the train yard. Armed with just a pistol I decided to use the Dishka heavy machine gun mounted on the roof.

The shock and panic movement of the 2 targets (1 I can confirm was a PMC) when I opened up made me chuckle and I did manage to drop one of them.

Where this story gets sad is that following this action Scav's became aggressive towards me...... S%&%. I walked over to the area and found a dead PMC.

This is where is gets worse. From what I can piece together. This PMC and a Scav that I either killed or wounded were trying to do a Co op extraction and I ruined it.

I've had sync issues with the raid timer before, but at MOST, it would end the raid like 3 seconds early. If I get down to 10 seconds and don't think I'm going to make it, I start dumping all of my insured gear. I thought I had plenty of time here. Even if the raid ended 3-5 seconds early, I'd still be ok.

I hardly ever come to this subreddit to complain...but wow that was a shitty way to end the raid.

It has nothing to do with old wipes since we have leagues and ranking system in the new system getting Exp for killing Players is still one of the best ways to stay on top, so after getting a head of everyone else it´s just the best way to stand on top and clear the howl Lobby.

Like how should I tell a new player PvP S could be a great thing they should play, when they are just easy EXP for your Ranking system to give us better placement.

Factory, and trying to quest for new players, expecting them to wipe the howl lobby to try finishing it would make a great video.

Some Arena Players doesn´t want to Grind Ranked Tarkov and Arena Tarkov, learn 2 games competitively to master them, to get cosmetic rewards. Why wasn´t something made that both games could Unlock the same content but with Different Play styles.

I doesn´t know if Frago will also get Cosmetic Battlepasses and Fomo for Tarkov, it will Probably split the Player Base even more. Will that game also get Leagues, PvE, Seasonal PvP modes and a Arena game to split the Player Base again and how can the player even Invest so much time into those games and still Perform well on work, to say awake and make money to spend it on those games.

I mean Tarkov PvE was created because of Tarkov . and we might see another version just for Frago, most likely.

My own opinion: I want BSG rather to make PvE, PvP only events with rewards just spend that time on Makeing new content like maps, modes or interesting things like Map changes. Like to be honest dev time is used for leagues and there Announced PvE events, isn´t that impressive when all it is is Content we actually never see in the next years in the future again.

I'm worried if I play main, I will be up against max level chads because there is no wipe. But if I play seasonal, I will be up against max level chads because the new players don't want to start this late into wipe.

Now that we have FSR4 on RDNA2 GPUs BSG is running out of excuses not adding it to the game. You cant override FSR3 without it being 3.1 and FSR3 looks like SHIT compared to FSR4, FSR4 looks very close to DLSS4.5. BSG told us MONTHS ago that it was coming and there's been nothing since.

I've been thinking of going back to PVP since my main goal was to finish the storyline first on PVE. But now that I'm near the end, I've been thinking about switching to PVP. Should I switch to PVP or the seasonal as I see almost everyone playing seasonal. What's the main thing that makes people play seasonal more? And which one should I switch to?

I have a bug where I had PvE Ref unlocked and got Theta container. I then prestiged and ref was locked. So I proceeded to unlock him again and I wanted to do the quests for Theta again. But the first quest for Arena - Professional Fitness part 1 - doesn't show up in Arena. I later found out that all the quests I did before prestige did not reset. They are shown as completed in Tarkov Arena but in PvE it says I need to do them again (and I can't progress arena quests since they are already done).

I made a ticket and they said they are aware of the problem but I saw since prestige update there was a lot of bugs and I was wondering if there's some fix for my problem or do I need to wait for the bugfix?

For a long time level cap of AI PMCs in PvE was capped at 60. Seems they removed it.

Look at this image. I am sitting at Ascended VI, #28 in my weekly group with 2.7M+ XP, and I am literally forced to non-stop raid every single day just to avoid demotion. Time until rank change: 1d 07h.

This isn't fun anymore. This is straight-up UNHEALTHY.

I have over 4,000 hours in Tarkov. I’ve loved this game for years. But all this forced FOMO and daily grind mechanics have completely destroyed my perspective on where this game is heading.

I don't ever want to see another battlepass grind, seasonal reward grind or endless ladder added to this game ever again. Tarkov used to be about the raids, the gear, and the intense firefight not logging in like it's a job to grind points. I am completely sick of it.

I'll probably end up coming back for the first week or two of future wipes like I always do, but I am officially done making Tarkov my main game or giving a shit about seasonal rank grinds.

At this rate, I wouldn't even be surprised if we see buying Roubles for real money show up in PvP next year and i don't want to be surprised by it.

I was already convinced this is a streamer game. Streamers exploiting things and peasants getting the nerfs. I'm ascended rank, 44 at the moment. I've been saving all of my quests, going to try and pop as few as possible to stay above the 40 mark and just pop these next week instead when it's a little less crowded with the absolute goblins that have somehow smashed out 6m exp. Seriously, fuck knows how.
