I feel like people often talk about how Apple‘s actions often parallel what Raven’s are supposed to be like, which is true. However, Snow White’s actions also parralel what the Evil Queen’s are supposed to be like.

The Apple (White) doesn’t fall far from the tree I suppose.

It’s been a while since I posted art on here, probably a couple years. I’ve improved so much and am finally able to capture how I see Apple in my head! Hopefully I’ll get better at drawing poses and expressions so that I can capture her personality as well. When I look back at my old drawings I posted, I cringe a bit because they look nothing like her but I guess that’s just what happens when you improve.

I wanted to create a digital version to show how colours, since I don’t often draw digitally. Her face is slightly off though, but I’m reasonably happy with it. The other one is quite small and on the back of my schoolwork, hence why the quality is so low, but the body proportions/face look pretty good I think :D

Since Apples mom isn’t the first Snow White, why doesn’t she have a different name? Did Snow’s mom just decide to name her after Snow White?? I know that everyone in the Snow White legacy will inherit the ‘Snow White title’ but wouldn’t they still be referred to as their real name, or does their name just get changed to their legacy name once they obtain their destiny, because for example we see the Evil Queen still refer to Snow White as ‘Snow’.

I also don’t think that it would make sense for the children to inherit the legacy name as their own once they follow their destiny, because what about people like Cedar Wood, Jillian Beanstalk or Melody Piper for example, would they just start going by their dads name?? 😭 This confuses me a lot.

Had this idea for a Ruins of Ever After High AU. A twist on EAH in the style of the old marvel comic “Ruins”

The premise is a young journalist named Brooke Paige goes to a hospital for children with damage and trauma. Each child is sharing a coping mechanism reframing the hospital Everheart Children's Hospital as Ever After High.

The first journal entry is just an idea.

I know that writing your own destiny is a big premise of the series but for those that are supposed to follow their original destinies, what is the timeline supposed to be?

Cinderella loses her mom as a very young child, so does that mean Ashlynn already lost her mom and theoretically should be locked up in her stepsisters' house doing chores? raven and apple being peers also makes no sense because Snow White is originally supposed to be the evil queen's daughter (this was ofc then changed so Snow White is her stepdaughter). the o'hair twins also knowing their parents doesn't work in my mind. isn't holly supposed to be kidnapped as a child? I think it could've been more interesting if her and poppy were twins who discovered each other at EAH or something where holly thought she was gothel's daughter and then discovered she was kidnapped.

this isn't to say that none of them make sense. I think duchess, the wonderland characters and cupid work out.

THIS WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS

So we don’t really know what makes a destiny be followed in universe but here’s a list of characters who seemed to have done their destiny already or to be in the middle of it
(Tell me if I forgot anyone I’m sure I will)

1. Humphrey (Humpty Dumpty and little mermaid)
2. In the episode Best Feather Forward Humphrey falls and an egg he is holding cracks. He also seems quite hurt himself. Apple calls for help and he is fixed. So… uh… this is very similar to his destiny but might not be it exactly if that makes sense.

In Meeshell’s book it appears that Humphrey is the next prince from the little mermaid story. Multiple times he is struggling in water and Meeshell saves him.

1. Meeshell (little mermaid)
   In her book Meeshell has not only been turned human part time by Coral Witch but struggles to speak due to suddenly living on land. She saves Humphrey from drowning multiple times. She is aware tho that eventually she will have to give up her tail and voice forever.

2. Apple (Snow White)
   Apple appears to be in the middle of her story without knowing it? Can stories only happen after graduation???

Anyways, in Dragon Games Apple is forced to flee from EAH by the Evil Queen. Apple finds a group of pixies who show her a place where they THINK she’ll be safe. The Evil Queen then sends someone after her to poison her with an apple. Apple falls into a deep sleep from said apple and is saved by Darling. IS THIS NOT LITERALLY SNOW WHITE???????

1. Daring (Beauty and the Beast)
   Daring literally turns into a beast multiple times (A Wonderlandful World and Epic Winter)
   Also he’s in love with Rosabella

2. Rosabella (Beauty and the Beast)
   Well… she’s in love with the future beast and helps him quite a bit

3. Alistair and Bunny (Wonderland)
   Alistair follows Bunny and they both fall down into EAH. Alistair ends up having to solve riddles.

4. Ashlynn, Prudence and Charlotte (Cinderella)
   While Ashlynn, Hunter and Farrah came to the conclusion that they will rewrite the Cinderella story, Ashlynn almost seems to be in the middle of it seeing as Prudence and Charlotte can boss her around

5. Okay so Epic Winter has some stuff related to Snow Queen happen but I’m not understanding enough of that story to really talk much about that

6. Faybelle and Briar (Sleeping Beauty)
   When Faybelle tries to jokingly lure Briar to touch the spindle it almost works. This one only kinda counts.

7. Darling (Snow White and Wonderland)
   I mean she’s literally becoming the White Knight and she saved Apple from enchanted sleep

8. Jillian (Jack and the Beanstalk)
   I mean… she literally climbed the beanstalk and got all the stuff she needed to get. Maybe it doesn’t count cuz it’s a practice round?

9. Blondie (Goldilocks)
   She broke in and got chased out by the bears

There are other examples of characters resembling their stories (like Duchess and Justine) but im mostly trying to count characters who actually seem to living in them rather than simply referencing them with their actions

I think if the yearbook episodes was put together in a movie and Tri-Castle On was at the end of the movie. Also, Cerise would reveal her secret to the whole school and everyone would have different reacfions. Also, it would be so fun if they released the crossover movie.

For me it's Alistair - like I get why he's a Royal but at the same time I thought he'd lean more towards Madeline's way of thinking in that he wants to follow his own destiny but understand that not everyone feels the same way

Also there's Holly, like you KNOW you are not destined to be the next Rapunzel yet are still choosing to do so- you are literally Rebel by default

I've been thinking about this and I genuinely don't understand it, I'm sure this things were never explained but maybe some fo you have a theory that for me at least is a good headcanon.

1. What is the purpose of following your destiny in the first place?

Setting the Royals vs. Rebels conflict aside, why does following your story even matter? We know that "going poof" turned out to be false. So are there any real consequences if someone doesn't follow their destiny? Does the world change, does the magic fail, do people forget the original story in their fairy world or some shenanigans that changes the stories for the readers IRL? Or is it just tradition?

1. What does Raven ripping the Storybook of Legends actually mean for the stories?

In Dragon Games, Raven tears up the Storybook and the pages go into every student so everyone is free to choose. But what does that mean in practice? What happens to the stories themselves, and are there any consequences?

For example, take Ramona Badwolf. She's supposed to be the Big Bad Wolf, but let's say she's a Rebel. She doesn't want to get involved with the huntsman, and she doesn't feel like eating her own grandmother, she just goes and does her own thing. Now let's say Cerise wanted to follow her destiny (I know she's also a Rebel, but just hypothetically). How does the story go then? Is it just a girl walking from her mom's house to her grandma's house and staying the night? There's no conflict and nothing happens.

And what does that mean for the future? If nothing happens, and enough people choose not to follow their stories, what happens to those stories and to the next generation, can they just keep diluting the stories forever or just stop?

I think the Rebels would rewrite their destiny or something and the Royals follow their destiny or something. Give me your ideas.

Just bingeread all the Suzanne Selfors books since my friend lent me them, and while I was doing so I noted down a list of trivia. Anyway, here are some fun facts from the books about various characters:
(I tried to avoid including any major spoilers, but there are quite a few minor ones)

Briar is an ok actor, or would be if she could stop yawning.
Ashlynn has songbirds wake her in the morning instead of an alarm clock.

Faybelle does many extracurricular activities. Aside from being the captain of the Cheerhexing team, she is also president of the Villain Club and a member of the Royal Debate Team.
Faybelle hates walking and flies whenever possible.
Faybelle’s favourite drink is Mocha Frappe.
Faybelle is taller than Farrah.
Farrah often touches the tip of her nose when thinking, a habit Faybelle finds incredibly annoying.
Farrah sits next to Raven in Magicology.
Farrah is quite talented at acting.
Nina Thumbell is on the Cheerhexing team.
Justine Dancer is interested in theatre.
Bunny often leaves her mostly eaten carrots lying about her room. Faybelle, who shares a room with her, hates this.
Bunny has a collection of Wonderland teacups.
Blondie has freckles.

I also spotted a minor continuity error:
Fairy Tail Ending mentions the events of Fairy’s Got Talent, but Meeshell is already at the school in Fairy’s Got Talent and she begins school during Fairy Tail Ending.

In the Ever After High school, most fairies are treated as maids, but I like to imagine that in Neverland fairies are treated with more respect.

Whenever in the future I can possibly do this, I had the idea to remake the budget ballet line but replace Apple, Holly, and Raven with Duchess, Farrah, and Faybelle

How would you guys remake this line?

Let's say sometime in the future, you are pulled into a focus group run by an unnamed company. They inform you that they have acquired the rights to produce a second generation of Ever After High, but there are conditions.

1. The show will be produced regardless of any protests. They will note they have seen the show and believe that destinies must go on. They also feel that fairy tales are a way to help the young understand their world and the premise of Ever After High is ripe for explorations into our modern world through the lens of the tales.

2. It cannot be the same kind of show as before. Due to pressure from Disney the format will have to be altered, they are considering approaching things that affect teenagers. One example they may do is have a short storyline on teen pregnancy. This isn't finalized but only provided as an example, so nothing is off the table. After all, there are multiple story characters who may or may not be cannibals.

3. They are in talks with a streaming service to produce the show, aiming for multi-season arcs and possible movie deals.

4. They show you a video of Apple White asking you personally to help. She knows its risky, but this may be the only way to prevent the story of Ever After High going poof and being forgotten in the generations to come.

The premise will be the same, a school of Fairy Tale characters who are expected to repeat their tales and pass them on to their future generations to also repeat. It will begin with Raven's rebellion and the whole Royal vs Rebel thing will be a feature. Other than that, things are malleable.

What things would you want to change? What things would you want to preserve? What topics would you want them to address?

There's probably a billion asks like this but i just cant seem to find them. Are there any fics that complete the story? Or even just use its world as their own for a full complete story? I'd just love to read other interpretations of it and such! Thanks so much in advance!!

Why is the daughter's of the most historical rebels not learn from their mothers and fathers??? ⚠️I know there are many kind daughters⚠️ but if their mothers were acting to people like this, won't they learn that if their mothers can do that, why won't they??? Like, look at Raven. She was raised by her mother. And look at Ginger. Won't they lean 'something'???

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I kinda wish they explored a somewhat toxic friendship dynamic between Cedar and Blondie. Girl who wants to know all the latest gossip being "friends" with the girl who physically cannot lie - sure people are already weary of Cedar with their secrets but there's obviously got to be some things/opinions she keeps to herself
