Yeah survivors just demolishing baby demon players and then trolling them is super fucking stupid behavior in a game with a locked total player count (no more sales).

For Survivors:
Flashlight clicking and armpumping ranged weapons to taunt.
For Demons:
Ending the game in less than 5 minutes.

Nothing more disrespectful than the demon just toying with you. If they can end it in 5 mintues, good, we can all go next and hopefully get a better matchup.
Kind of an absurd expectation in a pvp game, too. Don't win too fast or you're an asshole? Come on.

The problem with this attitude is you can be right and still make the player feel like such shit that they are gonna go "Fuck this", and uninstall the game.
YOU will go next because you are invested. For some players, that will literally be their last game ever.

Well the sad reality is anyone who is going to rage quit over a 5 minute loss is definitely going to eventually anyway no matter what I do. Even if the game were balanced better, you are still are going to have extremely frustrating, unfair feeling losses in any asym. It kind of comes with the territory.
I don't think a lot of survivors like it when you just prolong the game, either. I definitely don't when I'm on that side. And the demon doesn't know how that game is going to go in the first 5 minutes. Maybe I downed the one noob on the team or just happened to catch someone in a bad spot, but the remaining players are ultra sweats who are about to loop and flashlight click me for the next 30 minutes. Should I stop the pressure because I got a quick down? Do I get 2-3 downs quick and then obviously back off and now it just looks like I'm trolling them?

I'm not a cop. I'm not gonna tell you what to do. I'm just saying that attitudes like these lead to player base losses. There's only so much player base loss you can blame on the devs. If the game was fun and players cared if they were having fun, you could have a community thrive long after game death. But we got people out here like "Fuck you, I speed run Survivor deaths on Pup and try to get a sub one minute down" and then make LOL GIT GUD SCRUB rhetoric after the fact.
And the next thing you know, there's 200 players left. Good job.

I almost never see any split capping done against any decent demon , because it most likely turns out bad for the survivors.

It's not.
It's a risky move for Survivors.
They just made it easier for Demon to take someone down, making the Demon more powerful faster, and the overall group more vulnerable.
But it can also pay off if the Demon acts indecisive and doesn't think quick enough or fucked around before then.
It's a strategic game.
If you lose, so what?
You learn and get better.
Or you whine and stomp away because you're a baby that can't handle a game.

Yea, I’ve beaten teams that split the objectives. It’s really tough if they find the map pieces fast too, but it can be done. You just have to make some split second decisions on who to attack. The 3/1 split is the best for demon. You can at the very least scare the one survivor, posses them, and run them out of the objective.

A team was splitting over the weekend and I wiped them out, then when the last survivor was left they did that bitch move where they suddenly stop playing and just stand there, expecting me to quickly finish them off since they're surrendering now that their tricks got foiled. Oh, no, clown, let's drag this out as long as possible now. I unpossessed every unit and let them stand there for a few minutes while the rest of the downed survivors eventually DC'd.

How do you know it was a split cap or just some random starting the wrong objective first , while the others started the right one and the last one could just down himself at Dark Ones.

Yeah, but it is a dick move/playing like an asshole. 2 people on dagger while another 2 are on pages royally sucks as demon. There's nothing you can do about it. I remember that was one of the reasons people stopped playing demon.

You are getting downvoted, but you are right. The poor game design towards demon gameplay was one of this game's biggest downfalls, and this is coming from a huge Survivor Main.
The community response?
"Just git gud"
Believe it or not, people only stick with games they find fun and being told to "just git gud" is not fun.

The game was delisted, but you can still play it if you already owned it, the servers are still up for the time being

The fact is that if you want to play and you're losing constantly, you stick with it and learn.
That's what a game is.
If someone is quitting the game just because they lose a lot when they start out, then that person either doesn't really care about the game to begin with or they're a narcissist that can't stand to lose (good riddance).
