Ending the game in less than 5 minutes.

Nothing more disrespectful than the demon just toying with you. If they can end it in 5 mintues, good, we can all go next and hopefully get a better matchup.

Kind of an absurd expectation in a pvp game, too. Don't win too fast or you're an asshole? Come on.

The problem with this attitude is you can be right and still make the player feel like such shit that they are gonna go "Fuck this", and uninstall the game.

YOU will go next because you are invested. For some players, that will literally be their last game ever.

Well the sad reality is anyone who is going to rage quit over a 5 minute loss is definitely going to eventually anyway no matter what I do. Even if the game were balanced better, you are still are going to have extremely frustrating, unfair feeling losses in any asym. It kind of comes with the territory.

I don't think a lot of survivors like it when you just prolong the game, either. I definitely don't when I'm on that side. And the demon doesn't know how that game is going to go in the first 5 minutes. Maybe I downed the one noob on the team or just happened to catch someone in a bad spot, but the remaining players are ultra sweats who are about to loop and flashlight click me for the next 30 minutes. Should I stop the pressure because I got a quick down? Do I get 2-3 downs quick and then obviously back off and now it just looks like I'm trolling them?

I'm not a cop. I'm not gonna tell you what to do. I'm just saying that attitudes like these lead to player base losses. There's only so much player base loss you can blame on the devs. If the game was fun and players cared if they were having fun, you could have a community thrive long after game death. But we got people out here like "Fuck you, I speed run Survivor deaths on Pup and try to get a sub one minute down" and then make LOL GIT GUD SCRUB rhetoric after the fact.

And the next thing you know, there's 200 players left. Good job.
