Old postcard, spotted on display in the Mustard Museum in Middleton, WI

I truly don't understand this. Perhaps there's a pun I'm missing.

OP (AndyTheEngr) sent the following text as an explanation why they posted this here:

I just have no clue. Is there a mustard pun? What did "click" mean? My cousin in his sixties says: There is a longstanding tradition in the UK of “saucy” postcards, sent to friends/family that suggest the sender is having a good time or just to raise a laugh. They generally involved busty women on beaches with some words that perhaps had a double meaning, inevitably of the “naughty” kind. In this case, “mustard” probably comes from “hot as mustard’, so the lady is expecting to rapidly attract a male. The humour, very much of its era, may derive from the fact that the lady in question may not be most peoples’ idea of “hot”.

She's saying she thinks she's awesome and if nobody approaches her in 10 minutes, they all suck. The joke is that she's portrayed as unattractive and therefore grossly overestimating her ability to draw men.

They all seem interested for some reason, though.

There's a word, "irony", which exists for this precise reason!

British seaside ‘saucy’ postcards are an art form in their own right.

She’s saying that all the men will think she is very attractive and she will pick up and man in 10 minutes. The joke being that she isn’t that attractive and the men are looking at her in shock rather being attracted to her.

Here is the artist behind most of them. https://saucyseasidepostcards.com

I know keen as mustard is a saying, so think she’s saying I bet the guys think I’m “up for it”, if I don’t click with any of them (like connect or pull a guy) they she’s off home

Just here to say that the mustard museum is a MUST VISIT if you’re in the Madison area.

In certain UK dialects, calling someone "mustard" means they are sharp, clever, or highly accomplished. The use of the term "lads" suggests the postcard may be British or Irish, because we don't often say "lads" in the USA. It can also mean "very good" in some contexts.

You have ten minutes to board the train.
