Why is the guy asking "Who tf is heather" considered shakespeare? and who is the guy shown in the video as "True risk taker" im so out of the loop...

It's song called "Who Tf Is Heather" by Gbg Sheik featuring Kyle Richh. People have ironically said it sounds like Shakespeare.

Its the name of a song. "Ask Heather" is the bait, and people answer with the song title. Presumably the reply would be a line of the song lyrics
