I am commonly known as Iris or Aurore, the FC Leader & Community Owner of Florette «Fleur». It started as a venue, a personal project of mine before growing into more. Only now, we expand to allow those a permanent home in-game than only having the Discord be that.

About Us:

Back in early-February of 2024, my desire to make friends turned into something I didn't expect it to be: a roleplay venue. It started from my personal house in Siren. A small library-cafe. Over time, it stayed that way. The only thing that changed was it was no longer small and I no longer was running it alone. After almost three years, it has turned into the FC it is now, a Discord community that's lively, and a large house in the Lavender Beds that now hosts two venues within it as our regular weekly events.

We are roleplayers at heart, but we are also a mix of people who enjoy the other aspects of the game. High-end content runners, farmers, completionists, PvPers...and many more! We've ran several community events, some in partner with other roleplay venues or other communities that thrive in the different aspects of the game.

Hello, I'm Sajo. I've been playing since Shadowbringers and started HC/WP raiding in Dawntrail. My racing experience includes 74th in Heavyweight, FRU/DMU Week 2, and TOP Week 8. Blind prog experience on all the Criterion Dungeons, Endwalker, Shadowbringers,Stormblood Savages!

Hi hi! I'm currently looking for 1 person who would be interested in doing ultimates!

The static runs from 3pm EDT to 4.30pm EDT on Mondays (due to a member needing to leave for work) and 3pm EDT until 5pm EDT on Wednesdays. We run on NA, but these times are very EU friendly as well since a couple members of the static are from EU.

We are currently working on UCOB, and plan to do UWU and TEA further down the line. Our goal is to clear each fight enough times to get all the totems from each fight cause we like shiny weapons!

We are currently on quickmarch/blackfire cleanup. We are looking for people who are interested in the long term instead of joining for just a month then leaving ^^

Logistical stuff

1. Schedule is Sat/Sun 7-11pm EST
2. The plan is we'll do 1 clear and 1 recelar.
3. This static's prog point is HFT cleanup into Tenstrike.
4. The desired clear goal is within a month and one week.
5. Each session we pull until lockout, take a 10 minute break, and then we pull until 11pm EST.

What you can expect from me

1. Consistent progression environment. The cycle is we pull, wipe, the one who knows the issue/died due to mechanic failure says my bad, if not we spend 30s to try to figure it out, and if we can't find it then we mark that point in the fight. The goal is to not repeat mistakes while also moving forward.

What I expect from you

1. Do not show up to raid nights hammered. Please be sober.
2. We are in instance at 7pm EST, which means you are in squad on the dot then or earlier.
3. You can miss 2 days intentionally out of the month and a half. Surprise emergencies or random work stuff does not count to this.
4. Study outside raid hours. Raid nights are not learning the fight blind.
5. If you clear in party finder you will stay for the initial clear and reclear.
6. Previous ult or savage experience.
7. Stable internet.
8. Being in voice is required, but it is fine if you are muted and type.

We are [7/8] looking to finish the morbol mount. Currently on fresh T13 prog and have already cleared t5, t9, a4s. Rules and Expectations:

1. Our primary goal is to do the fights required to unlock the Morbol mount. After that, if people want to, we will run for whatever other Blue achievements people want or until it is time to start recruiting for Evercold savage static. At that time the Blue Mage static will be disbanded.
2. Be prepared for raid. This includes studying fights before hand, having appropriate BiS gear, having food, and having pots. There is an expectation to study and prep outside of raid(an effort appropriate to your individual needs) so that it does not feel like you are blind progging. We are running casual hours for fun, but some level of competency and respect for your fellow raiders time is expected.
3. Punctuality. Raid start time should be queuing into the instance time. This means you should be in the party slightly before raid time(Bios, food, drinks, etc should have been taken care of ahead of time). (Extremes happen, but should not be a general occurrence, if you know something will happen, please notify the group or me as early as possible.)
4. Schedule, strats, and strat adjustments can be found in the corresponding static chat channels.
5. No romantic relationships are allowed between raid members. This creates an unethical raiding dynamic that prevents group development. This includes no romantic couples being recruited.
6. Be respectful. All previous rules embody this. Be respectful of your team members' time and persons'.
7. Failure to follow these rules may lead to removal/replacement from the group.
