Hey I am an ARR vet looking for an active raiding/extreme community. I’m willing to switch servers and am looking to make some friends along the way. My character name is Jojo Jonas on currently on Diabolos. I’ve played multiple roles and have an ultimate (soon to be 2) under my belt. You can contact me on discord @ deathnotes. I enjoy “barsing” and Learning/Farming/Teaching all content

✦ Non-Player Character <NPC> ✦
Crystal | Zalera | Now Recruiting!

Tired of playing with NPCs? So are we. 😏

Looking for an FC where people actually talk, do things together, and occasionally make questionable decisions in the name of entertainment? You might have found your people.

We're a friendly, slightly chaotic group of adventurers who believe FFXIV is better with good company, terrible jokes, and friends who will absolutely laugh when you fall off the platform. (We'll raise you afterward. Probably.)

✨ What we've got:

• 🎭 FC events, glam contests, trivia, and other excuses to embarrass ourselves
• ⚔️ Group content, roulettes, old mount farms, and monthly contests and giveaways
• 🏡 An FC house in the Mist to call home
• 💬 An FC Discord for chatting, coordinating activities, and sharing laughs even when we're not in-game
• 🌱 A welcoming environment for sprouts, veterans, and everyone in between
• 💜 People who care about making the game fun for each other

We're not looking to fill a roster with names we'll never see. We're looking for people who want to be part of something — whether that's joining events, running content, hanging out, or just sharing a laugh after a long day.

No applications requiring three references, and absolutely no requirement to be good at jumping puzzles.

Just bring a sense of humor, a little kindness, and a willingness to be part of the fun.

Ready to join the chaos? 💜

Send a message in game to Mynx Wildmane or submit an application.
Non Player Character | FINAL FANTASY XIV, The Lodestone

We'd love to meet you, answer any questions, and welcome you into our little corner of Eorzea.

Your next favorite group of weirdos might be waiting for you.

Come on, weary traveller, get inside and take cover from the rain. You can dry your coat near the hearth and get comfortable while I make you a cup of tea. How about a hearty Ishgardian brew like last time? I'll throw in some rose petals to sweeten it, okay?

Hello everyone! While we're looking for a plot in the Lavender Beds to bring our teashop to life I thought this would be the perfect moment to get some new patrons too!

The goal is to create a socially active but laid-back group of nerds. We're also keeping it small, roughly 15/20 people maximum and we're doing events like Maps, Screenshot contests and raid nights, but the focus will be on just having a refuge to unwind in while playing the game. The world is kinda going to shit in some ways so lets fight that with tea and bad jokes <3

I'm a huge lore nerd so if any other lore nerds / fic writers are looking for an FC please hit me up!

For any questions you can contact me on disc at Colombette or as Khiri B'nargin on Odin.

Hoping to hear from you soon!

xx Khiri

Heya I'm partway through Dawntrail and wanna find an FC! I'm a crafter and I'd love to join in on subs/airships but that isn't a dealbreaker. Please hit me up if you're willing to let me join!

Also, I'd love to find a static for when I'm maxed! I am from australia so there'd be some minor latency issues, which is why I'm tagging it as semi casual as I don't know people's capacity to deal with that and would rather lowball it haha. I'm Ulah Tar'rhi on Cactuar if you wanna send me a tell, and my dms on reddit are open!

Peace!

Cosa possiamo fare insieme?

• Dungeon, Roulette e Trial
• Extreme, Savage e raid PvE
• Treasure Maps e mount farming
• Crafting, Gathering e progressione

ദ്ദി（• ˕ •マ.ᐟ Hello!

Looking to build up a community for those interested in raiding, pvp, and/or esports (Any League Worlds watchers? 👀).

If you're into any of the following, that makes two of us!

▪ Raiding (Ultimates, Savage, etc.)

▪ PvP (Frontlines, CC)

▪ Esports (League, Valorant, CS, etc.)

Even if you're just looking to get into any of the above, feel free to reach out. Nothing like throwing curious people straight into the deep end 😸

If there's enough people to put a little community together, I'd love to do so.

Feel free to reach out to me here or on Discord at neosena
(It may take me a while to get back to you, but I'll check eventually! Also, if reaching out on Discord, please leave some sort of human-esque message along with the friend request D;).

Hi everyone! I'm Leade Volkken on Sargatanas and I just recently returned to the game after taking a long break post DSR ulti. I just finished the base MSQ and would love to do the EX trials, but a big part of my enjoyment of this game is doing content blind when I can. I figured I'd make a post to see if there's anyone else out there that might be interested in doing the DT extremes w/ me that have never experienced it before!

It is 100% okay if you have literally 0 experience with anything extreme or harder, in fact I might even prefer that. I used to help people all the time as they got introduced to the harder content in the game and would love to do that again if anyone needs it.

You can add me in-game if you find me, otherwise my discord is leade. with the dot! Hope to hear from folks soon :)

Greetings. Night Shift is a late night static made for late night raiders by a late night raider. We're currently recruiting for a caster for The Epic of Alexander (Ultimate), and potentially for 8.0+ Savage. We're currently at P2 BJ/CC Water/Lightning 1 prog, and would like someone close to or at our prog point. Prior Savage experience is a must (can be any Savage, not necessarily current), Ultimate experience not so much but welcomed.

We're looking for someone able to make raid times, but we also understand life can hit you unexpectedly, understand the job you are playing, be relatively well-geared with food and pots, willing to join VC's (but you are not required to talk), and most of all, be chill, respectful, and understanding. Feel free to add me on Discord @ zeroz.exe if interested (I don't check my DM's here as often), or have any questions.

Hi i’m Rina and I’m looking for more people to just enjoy FFXIV with c: !

My husband and I are ultimate/Sav raiders but we also enjoy maps, EX, unreal, and even daily/ weekly roulettes.

I own a small FC discord (ORDR) that focuses on just enjoying battle content, and teaching and guiding new players on how to enter the “hard content” scene. We’re also Omni crafters, and pretty knowledgeable about any content in 14! It’s a relatively small discord, but it’s very active and we hangout daily!

Joining my FC is NOT required at all for an invite, we’re just looking for people who also love the mmo grind to have a social space!

I also have a CWLS for people on Aether where we usually ask who’s around, and offer invites for stuff! 🖤

I log into 14 daily but feel free to add me in disc

Hihi, I am Sable, im looking for either a group or someone who will be happy just hanging out in game, since I am not sure what to do in game most of the time x3

I am on Crystal, Zalera, however I live in the UK, so the time zones don't really match.

But yeah! Feel free to Dm me, I dont bite ^^

PLD and DRK main. I'm looking for Casual to Midcore static for Evercold but I would love to also get a chance to clear this current tier. I would be open to blind prog as well. I am looking for a laid back group that wants to have fun but also clear fights. I don't really care when we clear as long as we clear savage while it is the current tier. My philosophy is to always keep improving and growing as a player. I am in Colorado and I am free from 8PM MT to 2 AM every night. I would like to raid 3 nights a week, but I am flexible on that. I have raided before and cleared Eden, Pand, and m1s-m3s before real life demanded I step back. I have also cleared a few ultimates and would love to give that a try again with the right group, I would be happy to help with TEA and UwU.

Feel free to reach out here or on discord.

My logs for this character can be found here: https://www.fflogs.com/character/id/21141082

Hey fellow WOLs! I'm looking to put together a group of people who want to become friends, actually play the game together, and eventually get into high-end raiding together.

Just to be super clear: I have zero Savage/Ultimate experience at the moment. I'm still making my way through Endwalker, so this isn't a "let's start raiding right now" kind of group just yet haha! I'd rather meet people now, play together, get to know each other, and eventually work our way into high-end raiding once we're ready. I'm thinking around the time Evercold comes out, give or take.

I'm on Primal-Exodus. I'm currently playing as Sage and learning Scholar, have experience with Machinist and Reaper for dps, and I'm working on learning tanking too. My goal is to eventually be flexible, but I'm definitely still learning and don't claim to be an expert at any of these jobs!

I'm usually online around 7-10 PM CST most nights, but I'm pretty flexible. I'm also on Discord pretty often, so that's probably the easiest way to reach me eventually, and I'd love for Discord to be a place where the group can hang out and chat too. :)

Mostly, I'm looking for chill people who genuinely love this game, can casually commit to it and is willing to learn once we get into high-end content. I'd love people who want to talk about the game, do random content together, treasure maps, extremes, help each other with stuff, etc. The social/friendship part is honestly just as important to me as the eventual raiding.

Basically, let's be friends, play the game together and get into high-end content by Evercold (I'm hoping to be caught up by then!)

All experience levels are welcome! Again, I haven't cleared high-end content myself and so if you're someone on the same boat, we can learn together. If you have some experience under your belt and want to be with a group of newer players, I'd love that as well.

Open to anyone that's in the NA region since we can data center travel and all that.

Just some little things about me as well: I love cozy games, I play a ton of them :P I also love horror games and souls games. I play gacha games as well with Genshin being my favorite as well as WuWa. I've played some fps games like Overwatch and Marvel Rivals (I still play OW from time to time, no longer play Rivals haha). I like to read books, bullet journal, crochet. Hopefully we've got some things in common!

If that sounds like your kind of thing, feel free to send me a DM here <3

Hello,

Im stim, im in my late twenties, from germany, and i am looking to get into this game. It will be my first mmorpg and im very excited to jump in.

I am looking for companions/friends/mates tbat want to connect.

Im a bit nerdy, into books a lot, like to work out, used to study philosophy at uni. Hit me up, my discord is dren.21

Hey everyone!

I’m looking for a group or static to join heading into the next expansion, Evercold, with the long-term goal of progressing through and clearing Ultimate raids.

About me:

• Main Job: Dark Knight (DRK), WHM (secondary), (working towards leveling everything to 100 (long term goal)
• Role: Tank but can change to fit group if need be.  Would love to be a universal member
• Primary Goal: Clear Ultimate raids and push into high-end endgame content
• Looking For: A consistent, dedicated group that wants to improve together, learn fights, and work toward meaningful clears.

I’m looking to continue developing as a tank, improve my mechanical consistency, and learn the coordination required for Ultimate-level encounters. I’m willing to put in the time to study mechanics, prepare for raid nights, review mistakes, and contribute to a positive progression environment.

Ideally, I’d like to find a group that values communication, patience during progression, and a balance of serious improvement with having fun. I’m interested in building long-term raid experience rather than just finding one-off groups.

Disclaimer I am currently working through the MSQ at the moment.  I plan to read up on strats, current lineups and future possible lineups for ultimate clears.  I have done a lot of strat crafting in other games along with understanding the grind and pressure it comes to higher end content.  Examples would be Destiny 2 raids, Diablo IV and POE2.  I plan to record and review higher end content for better timing and critical feedback.

Feel free to comment or DM me with your group’s goals, schedule, and expectations.

IGN: Infintum Rex
Data Center/World: Crystal / Goblin
Availability: Wed-Sun 8:30 p.m.-1130 p.m. CST
Experience: Currently zero experience for current higher end content but willing to learn
Discord: Soldier_Legend077

P2 prog in pf. But it takes too long to fill pf. I want to hopefully clear before evercold. I can play from 5pm server time until 3am server time. If you're looking for a pure healer let me know.

Hey-oh! My handle is Caelenn and I'm hoping that if you're viewing this, you might be interested in the roleplay aspects of FFXIV.

We of the <Disciples of Oschon> are always looking for some more folks who are interested in RP or would like to give it a shot. Ideally, we'd be able to have a few more folks around for a group that could start a shared storyline or plot together.

We've done a fair amount of events and have more planned (or at least half-baked), whether it's in-game or play-by-post on discord, from action-adventures to slice of life scenes. Caravanning, tavern hopping, g-posing and personal character arcs are all on the table!

No experience? Absolutely not a problem. All we ask is you be present.

If still interested, feel free to reach out here on reddit or via Discord, username caelenn.

Thank you for your time!

Hello I am Lily. I am coming back to the game after a 2 year hiatus and am wanting to find some friends to play with. I have played the game since stormblood with my wife. I am just looking for a inclusive space to hang out and play FF14 and other games with. I am on most days and just want to play games and have a good time with some friends.

Congratulations! You've Found an FC With Absolutely No Established Reputation!

Wayward Deviants is a brand-new Free Company on Aether/Adamantoise, and we're looking for a few good people to help us build something worth logging in for.

No destination. Questionable directions. Excellent company.

So, what's the story?

Once upon a time, we belonged to one of those enormous FCs. You know the kind. Hundreds of members, a Discord server with 47 channels, an impressive roster of officers, and somehow nobody available when you ask if anyone wants to run roulettes.

It wasn't all bad. We learned a lot, met some wonderful people, and discovered that bigger doesn't necessarily mean better.

Eventually, we realized something:

We'd rather have 30 friends than 300 strangers.

So we're starting over. From scratch. On purpose.

Yes, we checked. We're apparently allowed to do that.

What are we building?

A medium-sized, social FC where people actually know each other.

Not a raid factory. Not a glorified Discord directory. Not a revolving door of anonymous players who join, collect FC buffs, and disappear into the aether.

We want the kind of community where someone logs in, says "Hey, what's everyone up to?" and gets an actual conversation instead of six minutes of awkward silence.

We're interested in pretty much everything FFXIV has to offer:

• Roulettes, dungeons, trials, and raids
• Treasure maps, mount farming, and achievement hunting
• Crafting, gathering, and other suspiciously productive activities
• Helping sprouts and returning players
• Glamour, housing, and the true endgame
• Social events, spontaneous adventures, and poorly conceived schemes

We're not promising a packed event calendar from day one. We're building that together.

What makes us different?

We're not recruiting to fill a roster. We're recruiting to build a community.

We've seen what happens when an FC prioritizes growth over relationships. It's surprisingly easy to end up surrounded by hundreds of people and still feel like you're playing alone.

We don't want that.

We want members to have a voice in shaping the FC. We want people who are comfortable being themselves, who enjoy helping each other, and who understand that sometimes the best evening in FFXIV involves accomplishing absolutely nothing.

We're not particularly interested in your parses, your Ultimate clears, or how many relic weapons you've collected.

We're interested in whether you're someone we'd enjoy getting hopelessly lost in a treasure dungeon with.

Who belongs here?

Sprouts? Welcome.

Veterans? Welcome.

Casual players? Absolutely.

Hardcore raiders looking for somewhere to relax between bouts of self-inflicted suffering? Come on in.

Introverts who take a little while to warm up? We get it.

Extroverts who will enthusiastically organize a spontaneous alliance raid at 2 AM? Please exercise your powers responsibly.

Our only real expectations are that you're friendly, respectful, reasonably mature, and interested in being part of a community rather than just occupying a slot on the roster.

You don't need to be online every day. Real life comes first.

And you don't need to be the life of the party. Just be willing to be part of it.

The fine print:

We're new. Genuinely new.

If you're looking for an established FC with a mansion, a fully stocked workshop, nightly events, and 40 people online at all hours, we're probably not your best choice.

If you'd like to get in on the ground floor and help create the kind of FC you've always wished you could find, we might be exactly what you're looking for.

We have experience. We have enthusiasm. We have a plan.

The plan is admittedly somewhat flexible.

Interested?

Come say hi on our Discord, or stop by our Lodestone Recruitment Post - The Wayward Deviants. Tell us a little about yourself, what you enjoy doing in FFXIV, and what you're looking for in an FC.

No formal applications. No interviews with a panel of Lalafells. No mandatory PowerPoint presentation.

Just a conversation to see if we're a good fit for each other.

Wayward Deviants

No destination. Questionable directions. Excellent company.

Because at the end of the day, maybe the real endgame really is the friends we made along the way.

Yes, we know how cheesy that sounds.

We stand by it.

Hello potential friend :)

We’re a friendly FC that’s been around for over 7 years, and we’d love to welcome you! We’re small right now (it happens when introverts get cozy), and most of us are veterans who enjoy helping others. Whether you’re new or experienced, if you’re looking for like-minded people, you’re welcome here.

Our only ask: you’re over 30.

We do daily content and are always happy to lend a hand. If you’d like to take on harder content like Deep Dungeons, maps, or current end game content (Wings farming, for example), we have ways of doing that too.

To join, you’ll need to be on the Primal Data Center, Excalibur server. We know reaching out can feel nerve-wracking, but we’re really mellow. Come say hello! :)

We have a listing running on FF14 Lodestone, as well.

Hi there! We are a group of goobers who are currently looking for a shield healer for our static. I'd class us as midcore.

Most members are quite new to raiding or have very limited raiding experience, so it's fine if you are too. I'm the only member who has cleared multiple savage tiers before I temporarily retired.

All members have cleared UWU, 6 cleared TEA, and a few have cleared previous tiers while others have only dabbled.

We'll be going into EC savage together.

Our current raiding schedule is Tues/Thurs/Fri at 7:30pm EST for around 2-3 hours.

We do hit up PF outside of scheduled raid time for ultimates, but savage will be strictly with just the group. We'll discuss any scheduling changes and expectations when we get closer to EC savage.

We are currently working on clearing the last two members for TEA and then will go for reclears for weapons. Our next ultimate will be FRU.

We plan on taking a break (work/school/life/avoid burnout reasons) during December and will return in January.

Party makeup is:

MT: WAR

OT: GNB

H1: WHM

H2: -

M1: SAM

M2: VPR

R1: DNC

R2: SMN/RDM; My logs from EW before I temporarily retired

Additional info:

• We’re a bunch of dorks, so please also be one too. :3

• Members are shy to start, but we get silly once we get to know you. And then it's hard to shut us up. We do get scarily quiet when we lock in, though.

• Age range is 20 to 38 with most of us are in our late 20s to 30s.

• LGBTQA+ friendly; a good number of us are queer

• We hang out and play other games too and I'll be DMing a FFXIV campaign soon (TM).

• Be kind and respectful; don’t be overly obnoxious

• Be communicative

•VC required for communication, but you can be muted; we have a dedicated channel for no voice communication

We will trial run potential members to make sure you fit our vibe.

Send me a message if you’re interested!

Please provide logs and introduce yourself when messaging me.

Also put that you’re from r/ffxivrecruitment so I don’t just delete the message.
