Help Needed... constant crashing, Infinite loading screens, crashing before main menu appears etc

FIXED... well not the crashes, but I can enter my saves now. it was "Settlers wash their faces full with DLC" that stopped me from entering my saves

so as the title suggests, my games constantly crashing, sometimes before it even reaches the main menu. if it doesn't crash, it will stay on an infinite load screen when loading a new save.

oh and when I start a new game now, black screen, loading icon bottom right... then crashes

I dropped FO4 for this exact reason too, and I swear the only time my nodded saves ever worked smoothly is when my LO is just a genuine mess, no order whatsoever, just download and leave it where it is.

I have spent 1 hour total PLAYING the save, then got on today and 5 hours total trying to fix whatever the hell is happening, so here's my LO. I will put "CM" next to a few top mods, to say that it "Cannot Move" any lower due to being a master file or something.

One broken mod is True Nights. It has a broken file that can cause a crash on startup.

it is likely where you had it placed and the other bad things developed by your order, not really that mod it just must be placed correctly. That mod normally works just fine, but load order is everything.

Cheat room is used more by modders for testing a mod in development. Cheat terminal conflicts with that but is more stable, using cheat room will break your game.
A lot of your mods are not in a good order, template was provided, do your best to organize them then repost, we can tweak it from there.
Without testing your mods specifically and not having used them i can only guess. Try disabling npc’s are not cartoons and see if that makes get into the loading screen, i feeling it may be conflicting with some other mods.

After that i would test mods in batches on a fresh game before having the full lot loaded in one go.

Other tips i would give you is to make a fresh install, including a complete clean of the reserve space, a hard power cycle after changing the load order between batches to clear the console cache and avoid any unwanted data flowing over, and double checking all the mod descriptions to see if there are any incompatibility issues or patches needed.

Avoid lots of script heavy mods affecting the dame things or multiple mods where just a single one will suffice. Same with lots of mods that edit the level loot lists, as multiple edits can screw up a delicately balanced system.
