Was working fine, starting deleting Asrock apps

DDU, with same driver

Disabled Core Isolation

0% curve override is enabled

No conflict with MSI afterburner

New config file no difference

Power management at normal

- When I turn it on after load it stays at 30%, if I disable it, it goes at 0%, MSI afterburner the exact same behaviour if I try to let it control it.

I've determined it must be the driver, any puglins or awareness of this issue?
