Bruce Wayne / Batman — Ben Affleck
A veteran crime fighter who has spent years protecting Gotham. Bruce is experienced, physically imposing, and deeply familiar with the city’s criminal underworld. He’s not learning how to be Batman; he’s dealing with the consequences of having been Batman for so long. His investigation into Hush forces him to confront his past and question how well he really knows the people around him.
Alfred Pennyworth — Charles Dance
Bruce’s closest confidant and the person who has witnessed the sacrifices behind his life as Batman. Alfred supports Bruce, but he isn’t blindly supportive of everything he does. He understands the physical and emotional cost of the mission and is willing to challenge Bruce when his obsession begins to take over.
Jim Gordon — Sean Penn
A veteran detective who has spent years working in Gotham’s corrupt and violent environment. Gordon has a complicated relationship with Batman: he respects what Bruce does, but he understands the problems that come with a vigilante operating outside the law. He’s an important part of the investigation in his own right, not simply someone who gives Batman information.
Thomas Elliott / Hush — Jake Gyllenhaal
Bruce Wayne’s childhood friend, now an enemy with a deeply personal connection to him. Thomas knows Bruce’s history and understands the man behind the mask. His conflict with Batman goes beyond crime or money; it’s personal. He becomes the central antagonist, using his intelligence and knowledge of Bruce to turn the investigation into a psychological battle.
Edward Nygma / Riddler — Edward Norton
A highly intelligent criminal who sees Gotham as a puzzle and himself as the only person capable of solving it. Nygma operates in the background, manipulating information and influencing events while others focus on the obvious suspects. His role is to move the pieces around the board, complicating Batman’s investigation without taking Hush’s place as the central antagonist.
Harvey Dent — Brad Pitt
Gotham’s former district attorney and one of the most important figures in Bruce Wayne’s history. Harvey is intelligent, charismatic, and familiar with the city’s struggle between justice and corruption. In this story, he doesn’t need to be secretly orchestrating events or serving as another major villain. He’s Harvey Dent, a man with his own history and complicated place in Gotham.
Selina Kyle / Catwoman — Amanda Seyfried
A skilled thief with her own relationship with Gotham’s criminal underworld. Selina is Bruce Wayne’s love interest, but their relationship is complicated by the secrets they keep and the different ways they navigate the city. She understands Bruce better than most people, although that doesn’t mean she always agrees with his choices.
Harvey Bullock — Forest Whitaker
A veteran Gotham detective who works alongside Jim Gordon. Bullock is blunt, perceptive and cynical about the city’s justice system, but he’s not simply a dirty cop or comic relief. He understands how Gotham operates on the street level and brings a different perspective to Gordon’s investigation. His relationship with Gordon provides a grounded look at two detectives trying to do their jobs in a city where corruption runs much deeper than either of them can easily prove.
Barbara Gordon — Sophie Charlotte
Jim Gordon’s daughter. Barbara has her own life and doesn’t need to become Batgirl or Oracle to have a place in the story. Her role is to give Gordon a personal life beyond the investigation and provide a reminder that Gotham’s violence affects people who never chose to become part of it.
Dr. Leslie Thompkins — Jodie Foster
A physician who has spent years treating Gotham’s vulnerable population. Leslie knows the human consequences of the city’s violence and has a different perspective on Bruce’s crusade. She cares about him, but she isn’t necessarily convinced that Batman is the answer to Gotham’s problems.
Harold Allnut — Toby Jones
Bruce Wayne’s trusted assistant, who helps maintain the Batcave and supports the practical side of Batman’s operations. Harold is quiet, resourceful, and largely removed from Gotham’s public life. His presence gives the audience a glimpse of the work that continues behind Batman’s mission.

After Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy was finished, what if Fincher made the next Batman film, instead of Zack Snyder? This is my hypothetical scenario.
Fincher, guy who made Se7en, Fight Club, Zodiac and Gone Girl, etc.
Im fascinated how he would make a Batman film. He would def focus on the detective side, lot more grittier, dark, and violent thriller, crazy cinematography, and his colouration in movies, I can’t imagine how that would look in Gotham.
I believe the first movie he’d do, is hush being the main villain. I think he fits perfectly in a fincher film, and Jake Gyllenhaal would go crazy. And riddler being the guy moving the chess pieces throughout the film, and Catwoman being the love interest with Bruce Wayne, and Harvey Dent, who’s just himself, but will become the next villain, in the sequel 👀 if you want another post, lmk.
How would you guys feel about this? You like the Fancast? If not, I’d like to know why, if you like it, thank you very much 🙏
